"Can Toni", casa de 152 m2 con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, en planta baja. Vivienda adecuada para 6 adultos. Espacioso y luminoso, completamente reformada en 2021, con mobiliario bonito y agradable con una amplia terraza. Nuestro alojamiento se encuentra en una zona tranquila donde tienes todo lo necesario a menos de 150 metros como bares, restaurantes, tiendas, panadería, carnicería, puerto deportivo, farmacia, supermercados y sobre todo la playa. También puedes relajarte en nuestras tumbonas leyendo un libro o tomándote un cocktail, al igual que la barbacoa donde puedes disfrutar de una agradable comida con familiares o amigos.

La casa en todos los aspectos con todo el equipamiento, su terraza y su comodidad. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de mar. También quiero destacar el trato y amabilidad por la parte de anfitrión. Toda la experiencia ha sido muy agradable y muy recomendable.

Casa muy bonita y con todas las comodidades

Casa muy bonita y con todas las comodidades. Cerca de la playa, supermercados y bares y restaurantes, no hace falta coger coche si no quieres, no obstante la playa de Can Picafort no es la mejor, preferible coger el coche 2 km e ir a Playa Muro, una playa fantastica. Monse muy amable y se mostró siempre atento.

Tolles Haus für Familien mit Kleinkind

Wir hatten das dritte mal einen tollen Urlaub im Haus. Durch die ebenerdige Lage ist es perfekt für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Lediglich die Pfannen und auch die Gläser könnten mal wieder ausgetauscht bzw. Aufgestockt werden, dies war bisher immer super.

wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. es ist alles vor Ort, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Auch Strandspielzeug für die Kleinen, Hochstuhl und Babybett. Die Lage ist zentral und 2 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Sweet Homes Mallorca Rentals buchen. Monse war sehr nett und hat schnell geantwortet.

Monse was a great host! Very responsive, clear communication and had a very handy list of recommendations he sent us for our week in Majorca! The house was super tidy, had everything we needed and was very spacious. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of food shops around and a great selection of restaurants in the area. Also a convenient place for getting to other places north of the island. Parking is free which was super handy and always found a space right outside. Overall a great place to stay! Thanks Monse!

Lovely place, recently renovated so everything is in great condition. Good selection of furniture. There is a table in the kitchen, another in the dining room and yet another outside, so there are plenty of options for eating, boardgames etc. - and there’s still plenty of space. Two ACs, one in the bedroom with private bathroom and the other in the dining room, helped us deal with the heat in the middle of the day. The house had everything we needed including for laundry, occasional cooking as well as umbrella + toys for beach trips. The beach, marina, restaurants, small shops and supermarkets all in walking distance. Great place for a family vacation with 4-6 people, we’d definitely come back!

Firstly our host Monse was outstanding, friendly and super quick at replies. He gave great recommendations and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you Monse The property is first class, super clean and well thought out with everything you could need. The showers are fab (always a must for me), the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved the outside area for relaxing morning and evening, just gorgeous. The property really is a 5 minute walk to the beach, highly recommend the beach close by but also the one a 15 walk to your right, great beach restaurants and was much quieter when we went. Loads of restaurants but also Aldi and Lidl within walking distance. Would definitely come back again.

Herr Monse, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein toller Mensch. Er bekommt für seine Freundlichkeit von mir eine Note 1-10 die Note 10 (sehr gut). Die Wohnung war an sich sehr schön geschnitten und sauber. die Lage und die Nachbarn waren top. Es ist eine wunderschöne helle Wohnung. jedoch müssten mal die Pfannen und Töpfe ausgetauscht werden. Besonders die Fahnen. Vielleicht müsste auch was gegen die Ameisen gemacht werden. Sie befinden sich auf dem Boden und auf der Küchentheke.

Very good value for money

Very good value for money. The house is spacious and equipped with an amazing kitchen. Unfortunately, the cold wind (of the end of March) didn't allow us to eat outside, but there are big tables both, in the front and back terraces. Communication with Monse was easy and check-in and check-out very flexible. As a matter of fact, we arrived later than expected and there was no problem at all. We rented the place for 6 nights during the Easter week. Can Picafort didn't have too much to offer at this time of the year (as expected), but it represents a good base to visit other places on this side of the island. For example, Alcudia is very close. Notably, despite the wind, the sea at Can Picafort was very calm and the water looked amazing.
