  • Fantastic house for 6 people, with a beautiful garden and private pool in the town of Can Picafort.
    The diversity of greenery around the exterior area of this beautiful house, transforms all corners into the perfect places to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and the views over nature while swimming in the pool or sunbathing on any of the 6 sun loungers or right on the lawn. This is a chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. It is possible to set a children safety fence around it. There also is an exterior shower in case you want to cool down quickly before cooking a succulent barbecue that you can enjoy at the terrace. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

    Inside, the house is quite simple and comfy, highlighting the beautiful Mallorcan style that makes it really special. When you enter you will find a living dining - room -with TV Sat and air-conditioning- that leads to the kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc, and the washing machine, iron and ironing board also are right here. The house features three bedrooms to rest, all of the with air-conditioning and a closet. Two of them have twin beds and exit to a balcony with pool views. The last bedroom has a double bed and space for a baby cot. Finally, the accommodation offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a tub.

    Can Picafort is a quiet but, at the same time, lively coastal area where specially the summer becomes the perfect season to enjoy the beach which is only 1.6 km from the property. The town offers a wonderful promenade to enjoy long walks by the sea, beach bars and restaurants and more. The beach is extensive and ideal to practice water sports. We highly recommend a visit to the Natural Park of s'Albufera as well as enjoying a delicious paella at any restaurant by the shore. An even livelier place is Puerto de Alcudia not far a way and the place to enjoy night life.

The property was well equipped and clean. Everything you might need for a stay was there. The villa was well furnished and was always cool. The pool area was well maintained. Would return.

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft

Wir waren 1 Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Der Check-IN und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und alle alltäglichen Dinge sind vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp: genügend Mückenspray einpacken.d

Beautiful mallorqui finca

Overall impression was fantastic. We stayed at the finca for 6 days and it was absolutely stunning. The Host was super friendly and very helpful. The finca itself is traditionally build with lots of wood, which we enjoyed a lot. The pool was in good condition and was automatically cleaned daily. I would highly recommend to have a car since the finca is not close to the beach (1.6km). We had a great time and highly recommend this place.

Super schöner Urlaub in C‘an Picafort!!

I liked: Super saubere und gepflegte Finca, gute Anbindung da Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in den Ort. Lidl direkt schräg gegenüber. Sehr lieber Vermieter, der sich wirklich sehr um das Haus kümmert I did not like: Kann die Unterkunft nichts für- aber zuviele Mücken. Der Pool könnte mal saniert werden.

Sehr toller Urlaub auf Mallorca in dieser tollen Finca/Villa

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, man hat alles was man braucht und sehr viel Platz. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderschön, der Rasen ideal zum Spielen und die Laube lädt ein, jedes Essen draussen unter den Bäumen am angenehmen Schatten zu geniessen. Der Tischtennistisch haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Danke, dass Schläger und Bälle auch vorhanden waren. Wir wurden äusserst freundlich vom Besitzer empfangen und bei Fragen/Wünschen unterstützt. Ein grosses Danke für alles!!!

Grandiose Fincka!!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie vor Ort (3 Generationen) und haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Eigentümer ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, netter Mann. Die Finca war bei Ankunft Tip top sauber. Es war wirklich alles da, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Da der Pool eingezäunt ist, kann man auch gut mit kleinen Kindern hin fahren. Es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten im Haus, aber auch draußen auf der Veranda und auf dem gesamten Grundstück (siehe Bilder des Objektes). Der Lidl ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gegenüber des Lidl ist eine Autovermietung. Bis zum Strand muss man ein bisschen laufen, aber alles fußläufig erreichbar. Uns persönlich hat der Ort Can Picafort nicht so gut gefallen, sehr viel Leerstand und kein schöner Strand. Wir haben aber mit dem Mietwagen schöne kleine Orte in de Nähe besucht. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Alles perfekt, sehr sauber u d sehr freundlicher Host. Toller Pool, gutes WLAN (auch am Pool). Lidl sehr in der Nähe. Ruhig, auch in der Nacht. Sehr zu empfehlen

Beste Unterkunft Mallorcas

Super Vermieter, sehr nett und freundlich, bereitet wirklich alles top vor und denkt an alles, wie Beispielsweise eine Anti-Mücken Kerze usw. Außerdem versprechen die Bilder wirklich nicht zu viel, eher zu wenig, da der Pool und das ganze Grundstück eine sehr angenehme Größe hab, für 5-6 Leute an Komfort nicht zu überbieten!

Excellent, excellent, excellent!

What a find! This villa was absolutely beautiful - it had absolutely everything we required and the host was quickly on hand to ask the few questions we did have. The pool was cleaned twice when we were there and the lawn was also mown. The host provided a welcoming pack too which was a pleasant surprise. We cannot fault our stay here - what a fantastic week! The proximity to can picafort is an easy walk and the Lidl supermarket was no more than a 2 minute walk too! We can’t say a bad word about this villa and are already thinking about returning next year!

Fabulous

Lovely house with a great garden and big pool. The owner is very kind and helpful. It is located in the outskirts of Can Picafort but still at a walking distance for beach and restaurants. Good air con. I would definitely recommend this house.
