Walk to Plaza, A/C, Deck, Fireplace, Close to Ski

This wonderful two story condo is located on a quiet street in a desirable neighborhood within walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza. It is beautifully furnished, complete with fireplace, air conditioning, and two outdoor balconies. The house has just been remodeled, upgrading to the fine quality our guests deserve : ) All of the beautiful furnishings are new, including the handcrafted benches and artwork that are made by local Santa Fe artists. The house is well stocked with many items such as extra towels, blankets and pillows, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, teas, cooking oils, spices, etc. Firewood is not supplied but is available at either close by grocery store.

This place was great and Lynn was awesome. Our first night there was a power outage in the area and we connected her to see if there were candles in the house and she sent a friend with great battery powered lights in no time. We highly recommended the place.

This property is wonderful! It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained.While we did not actually use the kitchen or laundry, both seemed to be modern and fully equipped. Ideally situated for easy access to the plaza, O’Keefe museum, many restaurants and other points of interest. The neighborhood is quiet. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to any travelers.

Great Location but Air Conditioning Uneven

My husband and I and our friend stayed for 5 nights. We loved the location and how well-appointed the Casita was (kitchen utensils, place settings, coffee and filters, washer/dryer and detergent, iron and steamer, and lots of towels!). The main downside was that there was a huge A/C unit which did not however cool the queen bedroom on the main floor and overcooled the upstairs king bedroom. It was very warm when we visited and so a bit uncomfortable. Our Host Lynn was splendid!

Mini-vacation

My wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed a trip to Santa Fe before Thanksgiving. The casita was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room with anything and everything we could need. Great location and a beautiful home.

Perfect location!

Spent a long weekend here. The house is exactly as represented. The host is very easy to work with and very kind. We found the house super clean. It’s close to the road but very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Close enough to the Plaza to walk. We will be coming back to this place. Had a fantastic time in Santa Fe and so happy we found this place to stay in.

Perfect location to down town, lots of great places to eat Quiet neighborhood and easy communication with the owner. So sweet of her to have a plate of cookies waiting for us at arrival. We recomend.

Santa Fe Getaway

The property was as described and matched the photos. Convenient location to the center of town. Withing easy walking to grocery and restaurants. Lynn was prompt in responding to questions. The place had all what we needed (adequate towels, **surprise cookies, coffee and milk in fridge**, fans for cooling). Would consider staying here again.

Fabulous stay!

There was so much attention to detail! The home is beautifully decorated. Lynn provided great check in instructions. The host provided coffee, cream, breakfast rolls. Lotions, soap, shampoo were great quality. No skimping on anything. It was just a short walk to the Plaza. There are two outdoor sitting areas to enjoy. We would highly recommend this home to other! Enjoyed our 2nd stay as much as our first, here

It worked well for 2 couples who like to be together and value their space and alone time. More lamp lighting in the living room, by the chairs, and a rubber mat option for the tubs would be good additions.
