The home's understated southwestern decor is complemented by beautiful artwork, creating an inviting atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for intimate meals at the dining table or al fresco on the deck. The living area features large glass doors that frame the magnificent mountain backdrop. A library, equipped with a daybed and pop-up trundle, is located across from the dry bar and kitchen, which showcases quartz countertops and a stylish black granite island doubling as a breakfast bar. The formal dining area accommodates up to eight guests. Privacy is assured with a layout that offers separated sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The home is on two levels with an internal half stair & 15 or so steps up from the parking area.
Hummingbird is not only aesthetically pleasing but also rich in character. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
