  • Le Boudenly is a minimalistic modern home with breathtaking mountain views from every corner. It includes 3 living spaces-main house, casita, and treehouse. The rooftop deck is fully loaded with a jacuzzi, dry sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower and weights. There is also a 40ft deck off the kitchen which has a cozy fire pit lounge and dining for a large gathering. This home is located <10min to Santa Fe Plaza, <5min to the Ten Thousand Waves Spa, <20min to Ski Santa Fe and amazing hiking trails.

    The space
    This compound has 3 different living spaces: the main house, a casita with kitchen, and a constellation inspired treehouse! Each space is meticulously designed with a large family or group of friends in mind. Santa Fe County allows 12 guests per permit; however, can go up to 16 inclusive of kids.

Beautiful Stay in Hyde Park!

Le Boudenly is such a perfect stay for kids and adults alike! With a little bit of everything to offer, there is never a dull moment. We played pool and hopped in the hot tub every day; the kids had epic games of hide and seek and everyone enjoyed their time at this epic house! The communication with the host was quick and concise and very detailed, which I appreciate! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Siblings funeral.

The property is beautiful. We were so busy with the activities surrounding the celebration of life and ceremonies That we had very little time to spend and enjoying all of the amenities of the property. It would be wonderful to just come and stay for a week and thoroughly experience all that Le Boudenly has tooffer. Tanya, our host was superb and helped us with information and any request that we had in a most professional manner.

Lovely Gathering Spot Extended Family

Absolutely beautiful property with lovely views & private sitting areas & bedrooms. Perfect for the gathering of clans or friends. Cozy fireplaces & lovely decor. Only down side was in the small details: fireplace in kitchen not operable due to missing part, no key to Casita, some outlets not working, slow bathtub drain, Wifi weak in certain areas, & a lack of basic written house instructions. No biggie, just seems like a new property needing some kinks worked out. Cautionary note for folks with limited mobility: driveway is quite steep & lots of stairs. 8,000’ altitude

Heavenly stay

This property is a dream! I came with a group of women to celebrate a birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect for that purpose. Everyone had a bed - there are ample on the property - and four showers meant no long lines. The view is incredible, the layout is lovely. Everything is very thoughtfully furnished, not cheap furnishings. It felt very luxury but at an affordable price. Each suite has its own heating system which made it easy to cater to people’s preferences. Multiple outdoor spaces were fun to hang out in. Tanya made the entire check in and check out process a breeze. We all kept remarking about how reasonable the check out process was - no need to clean the whole house. . I can’t say enough good things about our experience!
