  • Thank you for choosing another gorgeous property by "MysantafeGetAway", we offer variety of properties, ranging from a studio to a five-bedroom compound, in the best downtown Santa Fe location, complete with great style.

    This is a historic downtown compound, single story compound built in 1898. Originally the home of one of the oldest Spanish families in Santa Fe, the compound was extensively renovated in 2017. The space can accommodate 12 comfortably. Perfect space for family or friendship reunions and groups coming to Santa Fe for special occasions and want to stay together. This lovely compound has ample space for everyone to enjoy an authentic Santa Fe experience. One of the best location in downtown, just steps from the plaza, George Okeefe Museum and the convention center. There is a garage with 1 car and 1 motorcycle capacity and 3 parking spots in the driveway for a total of 4 spaces. The living spaces are made up of two buildings that are attached and connected through private courtyards:

    Casita Rosario, 900 Sqf of Modern Santa Fe home, will welcome you with a cozy 2-Bedroom Casita that can sleep up to 5 guests.
    Bedrooms: 1 king-size bedroom and 1 full-size bedroom.
    Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom with classic Santa Fe touches.
    Living & Dining: Open-concept living and dining space with an indoor fireplace. The sofa converts to a bed for added flexibility.
    Kitchen: Vibrant Talavera-tiled kitchen, fully equipped for family meals.
    Outdoor Space: A shared yard ideal for relaxing, playing, or soaking in Santa Fe’s peaceful atmosphere.
    Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi, A/C & heating, washer/dryer, and parking for 1 car.

    Getting around:
    A leisurely short walk will get you to the Downtown buses. The Railrunner Train Station that provides transportation to Albuquerque Sunport Airport is three minutes by car or an 18 minute of walk. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible in Downtown.

    There are two routes to walk to the Plaza. The shorter route is through Griffin Street to the right of the house when you get out the door. The more scenic route is through the Grant Avenue and it takes about 10 minutes as it leads you by the historic Federal Courthouse and Scottish Rite Temple, the US Postal Service Headquarters, Santa Fe Convention Center and Georgia O'Keeffe Museum before the beautiful Plaza. Turn left from the house and just follow the arroyo. Grant Avenue is the first right up Rosario Boulevard.

We had a great stay in this lovely house. The place was spotless, spacious, and worked perfectly for our needs. We were able to walk to town easily and the drive to the ski mountain was very quick - 25 min.

We came to Santa Fe to celebrate family birthdays and Thanksgiving and had a fantastic time! The compound accommodated our family perfectly and had all the amenities needed to even cook our Thanksgiving dinner. It was close to the Plaza and all the restaurants and sites we visited during our stay. It was a beautiful house and our host was quickly responsive to our questions.

Great Weekend Getaway!

We had a large group for a bachelorette party and had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well supplied and the out door space was amazing. We were a group of yogis, creatives and moms and all loved the space, it gave us such a wonderful Santa Fe feel. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we step through the gate, we had a beautiful experience at this Adobe home. We appreciated the firewood and the responsiveness of the host. We slept well and relaxed well. We felt very lucky to be there.

Amazing Santa Fe Getaway for a Group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a family gathering over the holidays and enjoyed the main house and casita and the beautiful courtyards and roof deck. Very comfortable, modern decor. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the plaza. Plus, the hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to return to any one of their properties in Santa Fe!!

Fabulous!

All accommodations were well thought out and easy to access. We had a lovely time in Santa Fe with plenty of things to enjoy. Kitchen was well planned and after going to Farmer's market - we had some very good fresh vegetables etc. to enjoy at home - and we dined out at excellent restaurants. When we just wanted to rest and visit - we had a lovely house to return to, private gardens to enjoy with outdoor tables and chairs, and just an all around fabulous place.

Spring Break

This was a great property that had everything we needed for a group of 9 adults and 4 kids. We were able to walk to the square. Travel to Ski Santa Fe and other destinations around town was easy. The main house and casita were both very clean. Sasi was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay.

Quintessential Historic Santa Fe Property!!

We had an incredible time at Sasi’s property!! We had the house and casita!!! We had a big group of girls and everyone loved the outdoor space with amazing foliage and flowers!! We had the rooftop which was so fun!!! The inside accommodations were perfect and unique!! Everything was just so perfect! Quick walk to downtown. We truly did not want to leave! Sasi was super great to communicate with! Everyone of us highly recommends this property!!!

Perfect spot for a girls’ trip

We had 10 ladies for our annual girls’ trip and this property was perfect! We had both A and B units, which slept all of us comfortably, had tons of outdoor space, two kitchens, etc. The host contacted me the week of our trip and arranged for us to have an early check in. He also met us at the property at the agreed time to let us in and show us around. He continued to check in throughout our weekend to make sure our stay was comfortable. The property is walking distance from the square. We only took an uber to make a grocery run and also called some taxis to go to the spa, otherwise we were able to walk everywhere. All in all, great weekend at a great property. I would absolutely stay there again!

Fantastic interior/exterior/location

My family of eight retreated to Historic Eastside for one week 12/27-1/4/2021 and had a wonderful relaxing week. The accommodations are perfect. The bedding was magical. The fireplace was the central focus, kitchen perfectly accommodating, and the dining table housed each meal for great table conversations. The courtyard during slightly warmer days would have been perfect for morning coffee and the sunsets from the roof-top patio were majestic. My family drove up the mountain to ski while I enjoyed walks to the Plaza, scenic park and surrounding neighborhood.. Groceries were easily delivered! Planning this years vacation was quite stressful and the homeowners, Kutlu and Sasi, were amazing to work with. I will definitely be returning. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. We rented both the house and casita. The courtyards were gorgeous and with many seating and outdoor dining options.
