Enjoy your privacy in this split floor plan, with the two well-appointed bedrooms on opposite sides of the home. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom on the opposite side of the home features its own bathroom just outside of the bedroom, providing plenty of privacy for guests. Steps away you'll find amazing views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

Start your day with freshly brewed coffee, or whip up a protein shake in the blender, then enjoy a quiet morning in your secluded courtyard, complete with a table, chairs and umbrella. Pick up some produce at the Santa Fe Farmers Market, around two miles away, then grab a bite at the breakfast bar or sit down for a meal together at the window-front table before heading out to explore. Downtown boutiques, restaurants, the Santa Fe Plaza, and Georgia O'Keeffe Museum are a little over a mile away. Head over to nearby Fort Marcy Park to play pickleball or enjoy a dip in the shared community pool.

Step out to one of many world-class restaurants for dinner and spend the evening perusing the art galleries along Canyon Road. When you return, get cozy next to the wood-burning kiva fireplace while you stream the latest release from the comfort of the cozy, velvet sofa. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
