Great for exploring the region

House was private, but also close to the major highways for trips into Santa Fe and surrounding sights. Very clean with a well-furnished kitchen.

Relax & Enjoy

What a wonderful place to stay while emercing oneself with the unique and varying beauty of New Mexico. Beautiful outdoor sitting spaces, a well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds await after a day of touring the many sites of the area. Days start with beautiful sunrises and end with gorgeous sunsets!

Stunning views and more

Sunset and sunrise views from this beautiful property can’t be beat. The house is every bit as nice as it looks on the website. It is roomy, the kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfy, and there are lots of little extras that made it the perfect home away from home while visiting Santa Fe. We loved everything about it.

Nice stay not too far from Santa Fe

Nice property that feels private but not too far away from restaurants and stores. Clean with all the amenities you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice with a great sized master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The living room had small love seats and chairs - it would have been nicer to have a larger couch for everyone to sit on and relax together during downtimes.

Amazing Get Away

A quiet peaceful retreat with stunning views and all the amenities you could ask for! This was the best stocked home we have stayed in. Too many details to list! The location was perfect to experience all things Santa Fe, and explore nature. We visited Bandolier, Tent Rocks, and the Great sand Dunes in CO. We loved our time here and would definitely return. The trip went by too quickly! Thank you to our awesome hosts for their hospitality.

Nice place to land in Santa Fe

If you have a vehicle, this is an awesome place to stay. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but easy to get to the heart of Santa Fe. Beautiful sunsets and wide open spaces. The amenities in the kitchen were by far the best of any place I have ever stayed. Beds were comfortable and three bathrooms were great, we each had our own. We took advantage of the wood burning fireplace in the evenings after exploring the area. If you like staying somewhat rural, this is the place for you.

Family summer vacation. 15 minutes to downtown. 5 minutes back way to Santa Fe Brewing. Quiet as a mouse. Beautiful back porch.

We enjoyed this lovely retreat during a recent family trip to Santa Fe. The pictures are accurate and the place is pristine. I would highly recommend getting there initially in the daylight, as it is wonderfully placed in a very quiet neighborhood, that feels a bit remote. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but honestly, the photos are for real! We especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen - we really didn't need anything but fresh food. Beds were comfortable with several extra pillows to use (a must for us!) It was situated perfectly for family activities and very convenient to tourist areas and restaurants. We would totally stay here again. A note for other renters - the home is at the end of a couple of dirt roads which are pretty rough. A low car may have a little trouble getting in and out, but we were fine (if a little jostled) in an SUV.

Six people, two bedrooms great. With a total of three bedrooms on main floor, but bathroom upstairs for third bathroom. Suggestion to make sure that people are aware of third bathroom upstairs. The Murphy bed , near master bedroom, not level head lower! Great amenities. Appreciate the laundry area. And deck and grill. Appliances great, make others aware who are renting,that there is not a water and ice machine in fridge. With the condition of road to entrance of home , very rough, many potholes( then you add the rain) it became very muddy and terribly rough. Appreciated the garage and opener. Clear instructions in the binder. Thanks Lisa , for all of your promptness of responding, for the questions and suggestions of attractions!😊

Absolutely fabulous!

This property is wonderful - even nicer than the photos. The location is right on the outskirts of Santa Fe, which, yes, leaves it a fair distance from the city's historical centre, but that's what we wanted - and it was worth it to have the desert outside our back door, and the spectacular views, especially at sunset. It's a great launching pad from which to explore this spectacular region. The back patio/terrace is a perfect place for relaxing with a good book or lazing away the evening with a bottle of wine. The area is very quiet (other than some brief howling from the neighbourhood coyotes each evening!). The home is very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. We were four adults, and had so much room to roam that at times, we barely saw each other! One of the bedrooms is, essentially, a small bachelor suite unto itself, with its own kitchenette, bathroom and even its own patio. In all, there are three very good-sized bedrooms, plus another room in the upper level that (I think) has a fold-out couch; this property could very easily accommodate a larger group than ours. The owners/managers have labelled drawers and cupboards throughout the home, making it so easy to find everything we needed. When we did need a little help (the barbecue had run out of propane), Lisa took care of it fairly quickly, and was very easy and pleasant to talk with. In all, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this property, and would eagerly rent it again.

Excellent getaway while being 10 minutes from the plaza!

If you want to breathe in the landscape and Enchantment of NM while being super close to historic downtown this is the place! The rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. Great kitchen and beautiful deck! We felt secluded yet not separated from downtown. We use to live in Santa Fe for 5 years so we know the lay of the land and would highly recommend this place.

Santa Fe Hideaway

The house and amenities provided exceeded all expectations. The views were amazing and the location was a perfect balance with a very remote feel but still close to most attractions in Santa Fe. There were 2 couples and 2 tweens in our group. Everyone loved the place and really appreciated all the little touches that you rarely, if ever, see in a rental. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely property!

Beautiful, quiet, luxurious

Outstanding property at the literal edge of Santa Fe. Clean, airy, very comfortable, great views inside and out. Internet was only DSL, but worked for leisure purposes. Layout of the house works great for those on different schedules- you can move about without disturbing others. Highly recommended- I wish I owned this property.
