SUMMARY

Casa Nona is a single level, three-bedroom, two-bath home that has all the quintessential qualities that make Santa Fe special. Located in an intimate four unit complex in Santa Fe’s vibrant Railyard district, this home features travertine tile floors, all hard-trowel diamond plaster finished walls, substantial vigas, and tall ceilings.



LIVING AREA

The flexible living room features a large and comfortable sectional couch, a glass coffee table, and two additional seats. The TV can be concealed inside the armor for a technology-free gathering space.

A kiva fireplace is in the corner for additional ambiance shared by both the living and dining space.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a home chef. The large dining table seats six.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom in the hallway.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio features outdoor dining for six, and a large outdoor cooking space with a built-in gas grill. An outdoor couch and two seats surround a coffee table. This setting is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine in Santa Fe’s famous weather.

- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- Fires are not allowed outside

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

Perfect

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distnce to the Railyard District and the Plaza/Old Town. Easy drive to Trader Joe's for groceries, Bandelier and Dale Ball for some outdoor adventures. Easy to text with Two Casitas with any questions. Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay on ou first trip to Santa Fe!

Family vacation

We stayed in one of the four units on the property. The neighborhood was quiet and ideally positioned near the railway yard and the plaza. We walked everywhere. The house is very comfortable, clean and well provisioned. Our party of five adults did not feel crowded and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful and functional hidden oasis

This was a great landing spot for my family of 4 adults. The house is very well equipped, with lots of nice design touches. (Let’s just say my daughter started shopping for one of the side tables and lamps.). I highly recommend and will try to book on our next trip to Santa Fe.

Friends Getaway Weekend

Our group of 4 friends from Jr. High School met in Santa Fe for a long weekend. Casa Nona was the perfect place for us. Beautifully finished and furnished, exceptionally clean and well-organized. The walk to the Plaza is about 15 minutes, which may be a bit far for some to walk. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.

Excellent stay in Santa Fe

This property was beautiful and very clean. It really was perfect for 5 of us to have room to ourselves but plenty of open space to gather together. It was a great location to walk to most attractions and it was very quiet. The only issue we had was not ever finding the link for the property guide even after asking the owners. There may have been directions for the tv in it….we got SO frustrated trying to work the tv!

Easy, clean and comfortable place to stay near downtown Santa Fe

This place was as expected— and even better than expected in some ways—for its reasonable price. The patio is pretty sizable and the bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Our group of 6 fit here with no issues. The only thing I’d recommend the host have for future groups is more clothes hangers and toilet paper. The house was also a bit warm but that was minor in the grand scheme. The property is pretty close to the railway district and also walkable to downtown, which was important for us. We felt safe in the unit and the parking situation was super convenient. Definitely recommend for any groups visiting the city!

Good location. Nice outside space. Very walkable

We enjoyed this property as three women friends. Although we had a car and drove many places, it is within easy walking distance of the Plaza and Railway and many restaurants. I would love to see some hooks in the second bathroom as well as a toilet brush. And, be careful backing over the drain for unit D. as it can cause your backup camera to sieze and stop the car.

Beautiful and clean home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful and very clean with a touch of luxury. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was plenty of room for family gatherings. We walked to the Railyard and The Mercado was just a few minutes drive away.

Lovely property, great location

Stayed here with my sisters and our daughters. Location is a short walk (a bit more than half a mile) into downtown Santa Fe and the Railyard district and is on a quiet neighborhood street. Property is exactly as portrayed in photographs and was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Management company was very communicative, sending frequent informational texts before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Fun 20th Anniversary reunion

Three roommates from grad school with our partners, all got married the same summer and came to Santa Fe from Kansas City, Boulder, CO and Phoenix to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversaries. Amazing Santa Fe Stay

My friends and I celebrated our 50th birthdays here and we loved every minute. The property was gorgeous inside and out and very walkable to the plaza (10-12 min?). We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night. The property was stocked with plenty of games, laundry detergent and most importantly, coffee. We loved our stay and would return in an instant!

A lovely getaway

Great location for day trips to ghost ranch, ojo caliento, Taos, as well as local visits to the Plaza in Old Town Santa Fe. The hosts thought of every little detail to make our visit comfortable including wine and snacks upon arrival. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They even had their employees take out and retrieve the trash cans on pick up day. The service and amenities were great.

Exceptional Property

Casa Nona is one of the nicest properties I've ever rented. And the property managers were extraordinarily helpful. We had several questions before arriving that were answered quickly. Communication regarding check in was timely and accurate. The casita is beautifully appointed including toiletries and even a welcome bottle of wine, chips and salsa. The kitchen is well outfitted with both small appliances, dishes and glassware. I plan to recommend this property and the management company to friends and.
