This fantastic villa is located in a residential area just above the beach of Garajau, a small coastal town east of Funchal. Their hillside location offers breathtaking views of the expanse of the Atlantic Ocean in front of you.

The house has 200 m² living space on two floors incredibly spacious. Coupled with a friendly well-kept residential atmosphere, it guarantees a carefree holiday. The bedroom and bathroom are located above the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor. In the three bedrooms there are two comfortable double beds and twin beds available. The white kitchen is fully equipped and has, furthermore, a breakfast bar. Center of the house is undoubtedly the spacious, open living and dining room with double height ceilings. Here you have a cozy sitting area, a dining area for six persons. Width patio doors leading onto the terrace and the pool, while contributing a maximum of light into the living room. Another special feature is the separate relaxation room, which is ideal for reading, relaxing or just relaxing. Outfitted is the room with a sofa and chairs and two couches that can be separated by a curtain from the rest of the room. If you like, you can also play billiards here.
