"Day one we could not get in our rental due to a cleaner still cleaning up until almost 6pm. We were not notified until 10 minutes prior to our check in. Upon arrival we noticed there had been no air conditioning running and the upstairs was extremely hot. The customer service was extremely terrible and took me calling every hour to check and see if anyone would be coming. Finally at 9pm a maintenance man showed up, but he was unable to fix the air issue. This weekend was almost 100 degrees!!I...
