***Rented Every Summer in the Past, with a new up to date kitchen with massive doors creating true indoor outdoor living an new bedroom. Ultimate Montecito near Santa Barbara, CA Vacation Home on completely fenced one acre. Our compound is pet friendly, with a pool and ginormous hot tub (with removable fence). The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath 3000 square foot main house is an open concept with large living room, extra large couch, fireplace and TV. The entire acre has excellent WiFi and all of the TVs have Apple TV ready for you to login. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, bathroom with bath tub and rain shower with two shower heads as well as its own deck with views of the Pacific Ocean and private massage patio. Next to the master bedroom down a short hallway is a large kids room with full sized bunk beds and a queen bed with full bathroom and large shower. Connected to the living room is a well loved kitchen (soon to be updated) that has viking appliances, sitting bar area, wine fridge, TV, fireplace and small table. Also, attached to the living room is a dining room with windows all around overlooking the backyard. The view from the backyard is the hills of Montecito / Santa Barbara and the Pacific Ocean in the distance. You can faintly hear the seals from the ocean barking at night and see the glow of the downtown wharf. Just outside the ***brand new kitchen is a Viking BBQ, ice machine, small refrigerator, gas fire pit and large dinning table. The back patio has a hammock, rocking chairs, a pingpong table and ocean views. Both areas of the patio have built in heat lamps and beam lights. Outside is where we spend our time and it where this property separates itself from the rest. We have a completely fenced acre with ocean views, 2 large lawns, a play structure, sand pit, heated pool, large hot tub, fire pit for watching the kids in the pool and a completely separate Redwood Casita studio with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The view from the Casita is a glimpse of the Pacific, the pool and the beginnings of a fruit orchard. The lower part of the acres is wild with a chicken run (12 chickens currently) and a trampoline. This property is truly unique, completely family and pet friends and is located 5 minutes from Downtown Santa Barbara / Beach and walking distance to the back end of Montecito Country club.
