This unique Paradise Retreats property is the perfect escape as it allows you to unwind, kick up your feet and relax at a secluded retreat, yet enjoy all that Montecito and Santa Barbara have to offer due to its central location near the beach! Montecito SeaRenity is a private oasis that is only a short distance from the world renowned Rosewood Miramar Beach resort and a quick drive to Montecito Village, where you can enjoy the fine restaurants and shops. There is also a bike path that will take you to Lookout Park and Beach in the quaint town of Summerland.

As soon as you cross the serene creek, admire the adorable walking bridge and approach the private gate, you instantly feel at ease. As the automatic gate opens and reveals Montecito Serenity, you feel the sense of peace and calm that is synonymous with the beach. There is plenty of parking with ample space to unload the car and start your luxury seaside escape. This vacation home is ideally set up for extended or multiple families, with 5 bedrooms in the Main House and 1 bedroom in the separate Casita, or for any family who covets their space.

The downstairs area of the Main House provides an abundant amount of room to relax and hang out. The large sectional is the perfect location to take in the game or watch a movie. The dining table with bench seating easily converts from a place to gather for a meal to the ideal setting to assemble a puzzle or host a friendly game night. There are also two bedrooms, a ¾ bathroom and large laundry room downstairs. The first bedroom has 2 bunk beds (2 twins and 2 fulls), the perfect bunk room! The second bedroom boasts a beautiful King bed with private access to its own patio, where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee to start off your day!

As you head up the stairs, you immediately notice the plethora of natural light. The vaulted ceilings and sky lights make you feel as if you are in the clouds. The beautiful white kitchen is fully-appointed with all stainless steel appliances where the chef in you will enjoy cooking for your group and yourself as well! Your guests can casually eat at the island with counter stools or in the adjacent formal dining area. The living room with cozy fireplace is a tranquil location to read a book or catch up with family and friends. Off the living room facing the front of the property, you enter one of the best parts of SeaRenity… the outdoor deck that is the ideal setting to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail all while being mesmerized by the picturesque Cypress tree.

The upstairs is completed with an additional three bedrooms. The third bedroom, with a Queen bed, boasts a bay window with a beautiful view of the mature landscape or Oak and fruit trees. This room has a Jack and Jill full bathroom (with 2 sinks), that connects to the Second Primary bedroom. This room contains a King bed and a private patio to sit back, relax, and enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of your room. At the end of the hallway, you will find the Main bedroom with another King bed, that overlooks the peaceful backyard landscape and adjoins to a gorgeous full bathroom complete with 2 sinks, a glass shower and a separate soaking tub.

As you continue to explore this luxury property, you wander in to the blissful backyard. Under a beautiful trellis with twinkling string lights, you will find a full outdoor kitchen with large gas BBQ, sink, bar with counter stools and formal dining table with chairs… all spaces that invite laughs and story-telling. Additionally there is a gas firepit with Adirondack chairs where you and your guests can continue memory-making conversations. Under the south-facing deck you will find a spa where you can melt all of your stresses away. And, just as you think there can be nothing more in this backyard oasis, you notice a bocce ball court that will entertain kids and adults for hours on end.

As you head north on this estate, you enter the Garage that has been fully designed as a sports-themed game room! The customized blue felt pool table is the center of the space that also serves as the perfect place to take in the game on the corner-mounted TV. There is also an alcove with couch, coffee table and second TV where those not playing pool can relax. Also found in the Garage is a second washer and dryer set so that beach towels can be washed without tracking sand in to the Main House.

Just as you think SeaRenity cannot have any other amenities, you walk through the door in the Garage to a beautiful Casita. The Casita is the perfect location for those that want a peaceful haven! You can prepare a snack in the kitchenette, lounge in the living room, utilize the ¾ bathroom or sleep in the sixth bedroom with a Queen bed with absolute peace and quiet. Additionally, the Casita has its own separate entrance through French doors that lead to a private patio complete with table and chairs and an expansive grass yard. The Casita can also serve as the ideal venue for a home office or school for those looking for a long-term escape.
