Tucked among the trees and mountains, this Paradise Retreats magical mid-century modern home is the perfect place to relax and be enchanted. Get your nature fix with just a few steps out the door! At the end of your charming stone path, you'll find the Ennisbrook trail teeming with flowers, trees, and paths to explore. After a day amidst the eucalyptus, shower off in your immaculate bathroom and hit the town for cocktails and a sunset at the Rosewood Miramar Beach, just minutes away. Or head downtown onto the happening Coast Village Road for a posh dinner at the classic Lucky's Steakhouse or beloved Honor Bar.

Returning home, you'll love to lounge in the spacious living room and kitchen, both of which fill with natural light due to the large and bright windows, looking out onto the town's majestic mountains. Cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams give the place a warm cabin-esque vibe, while the gorgeous state of the art kitchen is as hip and fashionable as they come. Entertain with ease in the elegant dining room or in the delightful yard, which features an outdoor stand-up jacuzzi, a bocce ball court, a pond, and chair swing. Upon arrival at Harcourt House, the pool equipment had been relocated and the pool heater was not working. After one week, the pool heater was fixed. However, it was vented improperly. One of our guests who is a general contractor identified the carbon monoxide concern and the property manager brought 2 carbon monoxide alarms to the house. Someone could have died had it not been for our guest.For safety reasons, I strongly advise that rentals have carbon monoxide alarms so that guests are not put in life threatening situations like we were.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well designed. The beds were very comfortable and the design offered a lot of spaces to relax and unwind throughout the weekend. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and the outdoor eating area was beautiful with lights and heaters. The hot tub was also great. The pool was not useable during our stay at a temp of 70 degrees and we learned the pool heater was broken ruining most of our vision for the weekend. Also the wifi didn’t work and no one had cell reception so we couldn’t do a whole lot. In vision the house is beautiful but there were definite signs of wear and tear. I recommend for any groups looking for a calm, dining focused weekends.

Better than any picture you’ll see

All I can say is: stay here. A million times over, stay here. It is the most beautiful and fascinating rental home I’ve ever stayed in. (And I’ve stayed in a lot!) Their pictures (which are lovely) don’t really do the house justice. Everything is just so… perfect. The art, the furnishings, the amenities, the backyard.Walking in the door was sort of magical. The indoor pool was *chefs kiss*. The backyard? I mean koi pond, bocci, hot tub, gorgeous trees and plants! Even apples and mint, maybe other edible goodies as well? I cannot say enough about how beautifully appointed everything was and that the owners are kind enough to leave a little book to inform visitors about each individual piece of art.This place was also immaculate, and every appliance was top notch.I hope to visit again some day and I’ll make sure to book far in advance so I can stay a few more days. Me and the family just loved it.

Perfect for a quick getaway

Six adults used the property (three couples) and it was amazing!!! Great restaurants nearby, a YMCA that was five minutes away, and the backyard was incredible. I definitely recommend for couples and families. The fourth bedroom is perfect for small children to use. My only concern is the locstion of the kids bedroom. It is on the other side of the property and really close to the pool. If you have small children I recommend keeping an eye on the pool area.
