    This Santa Barbara vacation home sits a short bike ride from the beach with a stunning rooftop terrace and outdoor fireplace. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features coastal design, a ground-floor garage, and a main-level fireplace. Summer means beach days and rooftop sunsets, while winter invites cozy fireside evenings indoors and out. Great for couples, small families, or friends traveling with dogs.



    The Space:

    The home sleeps 4 across two bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, private deck, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, reading nook, and ensuite bathroom with shower. A half bathroom is available on the main level. The third-floor main living area features an open floor plan with a living room, dining table seating for six, and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. A washer and dryer are located in a closet off the kitchen. Entertainment includes flat screen TVs, DVD player, and WiFi throughout. The living room centers around a fireplace, and the fourth-floor rooftop terrace offers the home's standout feature: sweeping sunset views, an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and multiple seating areas for alfresco dining and lounging. Ground-floor entry includes a 1-car garage through a gated entrance. Dogs are welcome with advance notice.



    Guest Access:

    Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. The home includes a 1-car garage accessed through a gated entry on the ground floor. Street parking may be available for additional vehicles. No special vehicle requirements.



    The Neighborhood:

    The home is located a short bike ride from East Beach and West Beach, both popular for swimming, volleyball, and paddleboarding. Stearns Wharf is about a 10-minute drive, offering waterfront dining and ocean views. State Street, Santa Barbara's main downtown corridor, is minutes away with shops, restaurants, and the historic Santa Barbara County Courthouse. The Santa Barbara Zoo and Butterfly Beach are within a 10-minute drive. For wine lovers, the Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail tasting rooms are easily accessible downtown.



    Getting Around:

    Santa Barbara is located along Highway 101. The home is approximately 10 minutes from downtown State Street and the waterfront. Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is about a 15-minute drive. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is roughly 90 miles south, about a 90-minute to 2-hour drive depending on traffic. Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner stops at the Santa Barbara station, connecting to Los Angeles and San Diego.

Had an amazing weekend, place was perfect for a family gathering. Large kitchen, table and living room, great place to hang out. Loved the spacious bedrooms, rooftop views and the beautiful courtyard. Location can’t be beat - we will be back!

Property is very nice, with a secure garage below the two living levels. Location is great - close to the 101 for any traveling and a short walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants. We were very happy!

Absolutely lovely place. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Great location… you can walk to the waterfront and to State street. Nice relaxing weekend.

Mykonos apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the Mykonos apartment in Santa Barbara! The location was perfect…within walking distance of great restaurants, beach, and transportation. The home was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Santa Barbara trip

Property was just as described. Walking distance to all things, Santa Barbara! Just two blocks from the beach, a short walking distance to Stearns wharf and also short walk to State Street. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location near the water and shops

We enjoyed our stay and this home very much! Townhouse was well appointed with all you would need in kitchen, towels, laundry detergent...etc. Great outdoor spaces with wonderful mountain views. We walked to breakfast and coffee each morning and loved being blocks from the water!

Perfect

Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Private, garage parking (with a dumb waiter to help with moving luggage upstairs) - outdoor areas to enjoy the weather - washer/dryer - fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our short stay in Santa Barbara.

Perfect Santa Barbara Getaway

We were visiting Santa Barbara for a wedding and this property was perfect for us! The location is great and very walkable to the funk zone as well as the beach. The property was beautiful and matched the pictures on the listing. Lastly, the communication was very prompt from the host which was always appreciated!

second stay

We absolutely loved this place the first time so obviously we came a second time. What went wrong with our stay the second time though is that the unit that is adjacent to this one started construction (hammering) at 730am in the morning every single morning we were there. We left a day early since it was really killing our relaxing vacation vibe.

Pretty perfect

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful condo. The outdoor spaces are very nice, and the rooftop patio has beautiful views at day and at night. The bedrooms are spacious and each has it's own bathroom. There is also a half bath. It's within walking distance to State St., the Warf and the Marina, with many top restaurants/bars close by. It also has bikes and beach chairs/toys. We will be back.

Spring break good times

House was well appointed, walking distance to all the state street and the funk zone have to answer. Great views from the rooftop. Loved the dumbwaiter, an added benefit of moving into and out of the condo. As an FYI to the manager, the deadbolt to the garage could use some WD-40.

Very nice. Bath tub drain didn’t hold water very well and the water heater didn’t support the tub bath. That was very disappointing, other than that it was perfect.

Spacious and central location.

A spacious well located place to stay. Easy walks to restaurants and the waterfront. Our only challenge was it was a hot few days and no air conditioning. It was hard to cool off and sleep. They did have fans in the bedrooms. Coming from SW Florida we are used to central air everywhere. So we understand that’s not the usual in Santa Barbara.

Beautiful, comfortable and walkable to all attractions

We loved this property. Specifically,the location as we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The views from the rooftop deck were stunning, especially at night. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean, modern and spacious. The tub in the master was a dream after a day of walking! There are several flights of stairs in this home. From bedroom area to main living area and again to deck. The only improvements we could suggest would be perhaps a redo on the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. They were definitely looking very worn.and discolored we did have some issues communicating with the company when it came time to receive information on how to get inside this home. I had a lot of back-and-forth and still didn’t receive what I needed. Perhaps I was asking a bit too early, but we were actually on our way to Santa Barbara and still hadn’t received the information. Eventually, all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend get away

Spent the long weekend here with spouse and pup, and the place was just so lovely! Clean and comfortable and a walking distance to the beach, downtown and restaurants. The only thing I would note is that there was a bar with a live band that starts in the evenings around the corner and the noise is pretty obvious. I had no time sleeping though, it doesn't go too late, and we had no difficulty watching TV. But the music is heard into the evenings.

Loved the location and accommodations

Lovely accommodations! Lots of stairs, but even in our 70s, we managed fine. Enjoyed the morning walks with our 2 dogs - down 3 blocks to the marina and left to the pier, round trip 1.6 miles. Picked up coffee to go at Chads for early morning walks, and enjoyed breakfasts at Chads and Jeannine’s. Easy walk to State Street (downtown) from Mykonos. Dinners at Luckys and Honor Bar in Montecito were great, and don’t miss Ellers for donuts in Santa Barbara (my husband said “best donuts in the world, including Krispy Kreme”). Arroyo Beach was a fun place to let the dogs run off leash, plus they have a dog washing area. Really appreciated the garage parking, and the beach chairs, bikes, etc. Thanks for providing such a nice place to stay to enjoy the Santa Barbara area!

Beautiful property!

This property was just gorgeous and extremely clean! The location is perfect- about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We really appreciated the garage especially coming and going with limited street parking. We will definitely be booking this gem again in the future!
