Mykonos is a luxurious 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Santa Barbara vacation home perfect for a small family.



The Space:

The spacious interior can accommodate up to 4 guests, and don't forget to bring your pup along as Mykonos is pet friendly! Surrounded by white walls and fine furnishings, guests can get their Greek island fix without even leaving California. Enjoy sunny days on the many outdoor decks or take a short bike ride down to the beach.



Please be advised there is construction noise in the neighboring unit and common garage area, during daytime hours, at least until, and possibly beyond the end of November. We are working with the neighbor to minimize any disruption during your stay. City allows for construction between 7am and 8pm.



Upon approaching this vacation rental guests will have access to a 1 car garage through the gated entry on the ground floor. he main level (3rd floor) of the home features a crisp white interior with blue coastal finishes. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating options placed around a gorgeous fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. After a day of exploring the city, light a fire and curl up on the couch to watch a movie. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for family entertainment.



Continuing past the living room guests will find an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen and dining area. Laundry closet is located off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a generous amount of counter space. Anyone will love cooking their favorite dishes in here, some may even be tempted to try out some new recipes. When your meals are ready to be served have all guests take a seat at the dining table. The dining table has seating for six, so everyone can enjoy a home cooked meal together.



The second floor holds the two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. At the end of the night when you are ready to receive a good night's rest, choose from the master and guest bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, TV, has a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom offers a tranquil morning - soak in the jacuzzi bathtub or enjoy the walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom holds a Queen-size bed, TV, reading nook, and similarly has an ensuite bathroom.



On the 4th floor, the rooftop terrace may be the best feature of this home. A variety of outdoor seating is sprawled along the deck. Settle down in front of the outdoor fireplace or fire up the grill to dine alfresco. While lounging in this area you are sure to witness some breathtaking sunsets as the sky transforms to pinks and golds.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

We absolutely loved this place the first time so obviously we came a second time. What went wrong with our stay the second time though is that the unit that is adjacent to this one started construction (hammering) at 730am in the morning every single morning we were there. We left a day early since it was really killing our relaxing vacation vibe.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mykonos apartment in Santa Barbara! The location was perfect…within walking distance of great restaurants, beach, and transportation. The home was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Beautiful, comfortable and walkable to all attractions

We loved this property. Specifically,the location as we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The views from the rooftop deck were stunning, especially at night. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean, modern and spacious. The tub in the master was a dream after a day of walking! There are several flights of stairs in this home. From bedroom area to main living area and again to deck. The only improvements we could suggest would be perhaps a redo on the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. They were definitely looking very worn.and discolored we did have some issues communicating with the company when it came time to receive information on how to get inside this home. I had a lot of back-and-forth and still didn’t receive what I needed. Perhaps I was asking a bit too early, but we were actually on our way to Santa Barbara and still hadn’t received the information. Eventually, all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Private, garage parking (with a dumb waiter to help with moving luggage upstairs) - outdoor areas to enjoy the weather - washer/dryer - fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our short stay in Santa Barbara.

Perfect Santa Barbara Getaway

We were visiting Santa Barbara for a wedding and this property was perfect for us! The location is great and very walkable to the funk zone as well as the beach. The property was beautiful and matched the pictures on the listing. Lastly, the communication was very prompt from the host which was always appreciated!

Weekend get away

Spent the long weekend here with spouse and pup, and the place was just so lovely! Clean and comfortable and a walking distance to the beach, downtown and restaurants. The only thing I would note is that there was a bar with a live band that starts in the evenings around the corner and the noise is pretty obvious. I had no time sleeping though, it doesn't go too late, and we had no difficulty watching TV. But the music is heard into the evenings.

Spring break good times

House was well appointed, walking distance to all the state street and the funk zone have to answer. Great views from the rooftop. Loved the dumbwaiter, an added benefit of moving into and out of the condo. As an FYI to the manager, the deadbolt to the garage could use some WD-40.

Pretty perfect

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful condo. The outdoor spaces are very nice, and the rooftop patio has beautiful views at day and at night. The bedrooms are spacious and each has it's own bathroom. There is also a half bath. It's within walking distance to State St., the Warf and the Marina, with many top restaurants/bars close by. It also has bikes and beach chairs/toys. We will be back.

Wonderful location near the water and shops

We enjoyed our stay and this home very much! Townhouse was well appointed with all you would need in kitchen, towels, laundry detergent...etc. Great outdoor spaces with wonderful mountain views. We walked to breakfast and coffee each morning and loved being blocks from the water!

Spacious and central location.

A spacious well located place to stay. Easy walks to restaurants and the waterfront. Our only challenge was it was a hot few days and no air conditioning. It was hard to cool off and sleep. They did have fans in the bedrooms. Coming from SW Florida we are used to central air everywhere. So we understand that’s not the usual in Santa Barbara.

This unit is in a great location to walk to everything. It is well appointed with everything you need. But, I rated this a 4 star because it really needs a deep clean and a refresh.
