    Oportunidad extraordinaria de tener una estancia prolongada en una propiedad excepcional e icónica ubicada en el corazón del codiciado vecindario de West Beach. Este es un alquiler de vacaciones legal en la ciudad de Santa Bárbara. Todas las solicitudes de reserva requieren un contrato de alquiler firmado y una forma de identificaci��n para confirmar.     '' Casa Azzurra '' está situada a menos de 2 cuadras de la playa, State Street, Funk Zone y Pier. Con su abundante luz natural, numerosos patios, techos abovedados, 2 master suites privadas y un tercer dormitorio adicional con baño, esta casa exuda la rica e histórica arquitectura de Santa Bárbara. Construida en 1904, esta casa es una pieza icónica de historia muy especial, cargada de amor por muchos años.

    Con esta increíble ubicación en el centro de todo, la playa, el puerto, las actividades, los festivales, los restaurantes, los bares, la estación de tren, State Street, The Funk Zone (el nuevo favorito local) y los cafés que se extienden en todas las direcciones, realmente no hay Necesito un coche cuando te quedas aquí.

    Toda la ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina y suministros se proporcionan a todos nuestros huéspedes, todo el tiempo. Solo empaca tu traje de baño y déjanos hacer el resto ... ¡nos preocupa tu estancia y esperamos tenerte como nuestro invitado muy pronto!

Wonderful Place, close to everything we needed ..shoppijng, eating, beach walking, art galleries etc.Three 65 year old ladies ...had a blast...comfy Yes there is a train station right there but it was no biggie.... can where an ear plugs if the whistle bothers you.Lovely stay

Cool house in the heart of it all

This property was awesome for my extended family. The many decks were awesome as was the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Walked everywhere; beach, restaurants, shops. The fire pit on the balcony became a favorite location to chat and plan our next day. We love Santa Barbara and would certainly stay here again.

We loved our stay at Casa Azzurra. You couldn’t ask for a better location! The house is very comfortable and well furnished, exactly as advertised. Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous property within walking distance to the beach. Stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We all had a wonderful time!

Great house, perfect for our group while attending our daughter's wedding. The bedroom upstairs was perfect for "getting ready" pics with bride. Very close to the SB courthouse as well as shops, beach, and restaurants. The reception dinner was held at State and Fig, which was also very convenient.

Great location

Great location, comfortable beds and couch, clean, as described on the listing. The only thing is there is a train that is kind of loud nearby but it didnt seem to run that often at night. Would stay again

Clean and roomy

We were in Santa Barbara for my daughter’s wedding. My sons and I stayed at the house. It was well appointed, very roomy and clean. I highly recommend this place and it’s great location.

Lovely family home close to everything

Just came back from a week stay at this lovely home in Santa Barbara. Great home - very large, tons of room. My two teenagers were able to get the quiet alone time they wanted and we had plenty of together space. Location is excellent - close to everything, we walked to every meal and the beach. Would happily stay again.

Perfect spot

Lovely, spacious house in perfect location. Well equipped, very comfortable, especially loved all the verandas off each room. The one minor drawback was the small bedroom with trundle bed with half bath would not have worked well for a couple.

Awesome Home!

We came to SB for my son’s wedding and this house was perfect for us! Great location. Great garage. Beautifully furnished and provisions. From the coffee and appliances to the lovely linens and shampoos, conditioners and soaps Highly recommend this lovely historic home. Loved it!

Incredible spot

I stayed here with a group of 6 girls for the weekend. The location could not have been more perfect right on the beach, 5 minutes to the Funk Zone, and 10 minutes to the heart of State St. The house was spacious and comfortable. The multiple porches & balconies were our favorite part as we enjoyed many meals and cups of coffee on them. Highly recommend staying here.

Huge Master Suite

Best Master Suite I've seen in a VRBO! Two other comfy BRs for adults, one with it's own loo but no shower and another with shower. Plenty of small patios and lovely indoor spaces with lots of windows for light.

Walk to everything. Very clean. Spacious. Extremely comfy beds. Three awesome patios. Very quiet. Well stocked linens and kitchen. Great communication with hosts. No cons. You’ll love it!!
