Villa Son Tretze by Villa Plus

Villa Son Tretze is a hidden gem in a secluded position within the Menorca countryside. With a beautiful garden surrounding the large private pool, this makes a fantastic choice for a relaxing holiday. Located on the outskirts of Sant Lluis, this villa is a 10 minute drive from this charming city as well as the nearest beach of Binibeca. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included. 

Villa Son Tretze is located in a small hamlet between Mahon and San Luis. Around a 10 minute drive shall take you to a wide choice of shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful harbour in the capital city of Mahon. Binibeca Beach is about a 15 minute drive from the villa and makes a great day out for all the family to enjoy. Whether it's a day out exploring the island or just a lazy day around the pool, you are sure to get the best of both worlds at this house.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
