Impresionante villa moderna con gran piscina y vistas al mar, a dos minutos de la playa.

Villa Linda ha sido la casa de verano de mi familia durante más de 50 años. La villa fue completamente renovado en 2017, con gran cuidado y atención al detalle.

La casa de 250 m² está enclavada en un gran jardín de 1000 m² con una fantástica piscina privada y una pérgola exterior con barbacoa donde preparar sabrosas cenas mediterráneas.

Se han cuidado todos los detalles, para que se sienta como en casa: un gran salón-cocina de 70m², con todas las comodidades, fácil acceso en silla de ruedas, 5 habitaciones dobles y espaciosas (dos de ellas con baño en suite), e incluso un garaje privado con el que nunca tendrá problemas de aparcamiento.

La casa ha sido amueblada con gusto y con todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer su estancia más fácil y confortable: aire acondicionado, Wi-Fi, una lavadora, un lavavajillas, televisión por cable, equipo de música de alta fidelidad, una cafetera exprés, un microondas, etc.

espectacular

Las fotos no hacen justicia a la casa. La casa es grande, con habitaciones generosas y baños también grandes. Miquel, muy majo y atento, todo facilidades y amabilidad. Estuvimos dos familias, en total 9 personas y muy a gusto. La ubicación es inmejorable. A dos minutos andando de la playa. No hay problema de aparcamiento. La zona es muy tranquila. Repetiremos seguro.

Superbe villa au bord de mer

Magnifique villa, superbes terrasse, jardin et piscine. Très bien meublée, belle décoration et très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables et tout est fourni, des draps aux serviettes de piscine et de plage. Le village a tout ce qu'il faut : supermarchés, restaurants, tapas, pharmacie, etc. La plage est très jolie également et à 1 minute de la villa. Je recommande vivement que ce soit entre amis ou en famille.

Lovely Villa for a Special Family Holiday

Lovely family owned villa with amazing pool. Great layout for a summer family holiday with big communal spaces inside and out and areas to create your own quiet time. We were a group of seven adults ranging from thirty to >60 and we all loved it. Miguel is a lovely host and very good communicator.

Superb Villa - Great Location

Overall, this is a superb villa in a fantastic location and we will hopefully be returning in the future. The location is 1 min walk to the beach and seafront restaurants/shops etc. the restaurants are all very good (we didn’t eat at a bad one) The beach is great for kids as is shallow for a long way out. The Villa has all the facilities required for a pleasant stay and is modern, open plan and has a great view from the upstairs balcony. The Villa’s pool is brilliant with a small pool for very young children and a larger, deeper pool for the older ones/adults. Plenty of outdoor seating and we used the BBQ one night, which was great. Miquel (host) is available via WhatsApp during the stay for any issues and is very helpful. We all loved the villa and it is perfect for family holidays. My only criticism and it is very small, is that there are a few areas which are showing wear and tear and I would be thinking about updating/replacing certain elements to keep the Villa in perfect condition. This is perfectly understandable for an established working Villa and it is just an observation and it also does not take away the fact that this is a fantastic villa which provided my family with a great holiday. Thank you Miquel for being a superb host and thank you Villa Linda.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful week in the Villa. Great location near the beach and local restaurants. Villa itself was well maintained with lots of comfortable areas to relax. The pool Was great for young children with a gate to secure it and a separate shallow area for them to play in. Would love the chance to stay again in the future.

Best holiday ever

Could not have been better. Great communication from Miquel and the house was perfectly set up for a big family. Plenty of seating inside and out - 10 seater amazing dining table, plenty of sun loungers, toys for the children and fully fitted kitchen with everything we could need. We already knew the area, but it was perfect with the beach, shops and restaurant just down the road. The hill back was quite steep, but burnt off some of the calories we managed to drink and consume! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and bathrooms very clean with new fittings. Miquel came to change the automatic light switches and was charming and very helpful. For a family holiday to celebrate my big birthday, this was a perfect place to stay.

Wunderschöne, grosszügige Villa

Wir waren zu sechst (3 Päärchen) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, wodurch wir selten den schönen Grillplatz nutzen konnten. Nach einer stürmischen Nacht kamen am Tag darauf Gärnter*innen und haben den Pool und das Anwesen wieder sauber gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war sehr einfach und angenehm.

Perfect villa for a big family holiday

Villa Linda is incredible! We stayed as a big family group - 8 adults and 1 child - and it was the perfect holiday home for the week. The property and grounds are huge, it’s exceptionally clean and the pool is incredible. We picked the property because it had a kids pool and we’re so glad that we did. Miquel is a great host and helped my family check in smoothly. 10000000% recommend!

Fantastic property with sea views!

Villa Linda is just as lovely advertised! Spacious, well equipped and a great location. 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. A train passes a few times a day to explore the area further although these times are restricted so check ahead. A welcome pack would have been useful on arrival with information about the villa and local numbers for taxis etc. Also some milk for tea would have been a nice touch but overall we had a wonderful stay and holiday.

Best villa in Punta Prima

The villa was in a great location and everything within the villa was nice & modern and in good working order. Aircon in all rooms was great, the pool area was lovely and the space between it and the house breaks the property up into zones which allows a nice bit of privacy if kids want to be loud and the adults want a bit of peace and quiet. The villa layout worked really well with the one big open plan living area and the smart TV & steaming services being available was a nice bonus. The property felt nice and secure with the lockable gate.. We've stayed in several different villas in Punta Prima over the last 10 years but Villa Linda is definitely the best one we've ever stayed in. Would highly recomend and hope to come stay again next year.

We booked a trip with our friends and young children and it was perfect, a very short walk to the beach and a selection of restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The bedrooms were all spacious and the villa has excellent living and outside dining area. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect villa for a family holiday

We loved our week at Villa Linda! I really couldn't have been any better. Highlight most definitely the pool area. Having the kids section meant our 2 & 4 year old could splash about without needing an adult to actually be in the pool to help them which kept them busy for hours. I also hugely appreciated the fact that the pool area had a lockable gate giving added peace of mind. We also had a crawling baby in the group who enjoyed all the open and flat space to explore. Miquel was a super helpful host always quick to respond to queries both before and during our stay. Thank you! We hope to return some day!

Wonderful Villa - Couldn't have asked for more.

Villa Linda was absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious, clean, well organised and well thought out. There are many supplies here and lots of useful kitchen appliances and cupboard space. There were plenty of clean towels and extra pillows. Miquel even supplied us with a cot for our son. Miquel was a very helpful host and was easy to contact and quick to respond. The villa is safe for children (toddlers beware of the stairs though). Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Miquel

Lovely Villa Centrally Located in Punta Prima

Villa is exactly as advertised. A large property with spacious rooms and excellent outdoor facilities including a large, open patio terrace with BBQ area which drops down in tiers to a lovely private pool area inclusive of baby / toddler pool. We stayed with our 18 month old twins who loved walking around the patio and splashing in the baby pool. Good internet connection and modern smart TV made entertaining the kids easy. Modern cots for the babies too - clean and safe. Shutters on all windows but we brought a blackout blind for the kids' room which worked a treat and was very easy to fit.

Family hols - ages 10-70 !!

We here stayed many years ago (in 2010 )before it was renovated and we keen to see the changes - it is almost unrecognisable- it is now simply superb / modern furniture/ great air con/ bathrooms etc etc !! Theres lots of space both inside and out to relax in the sunshine. All topped off with a fantastic pool that was more than big enough for all nine of us to be in at the same time. We loved the large outdoor areas, a huge shaded table to seat all of the family for a bbq in the evening and comfy sofas to enjoy a sangria !!! The Villa is literally two or three minutes walk down hill to the beach and to a handful of restaurants and a couple of well stocked supermarkets … so no car required but there is a garage / space to park in if you do hire. . Miquel was always prompt with any questions and we were lucky enough not need his assistance during the holiday. Highly recommended!

Fantastic second holiday at the beautiful Villa Linda

We have just returned from another great holiday at the Villa Linda. The Villa is stunning with absolutely everything we needed to keep everyone in our family very happy. The Villa has a fantastic pool where our 3 grandchildren spent most of their time. The villa is spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully fitted out. Punta Prima is an ideal small family resort which we really enjoyed. Miquel our host could not have been any more accommodating and available whenever needed. Thank you Miquel we will be returning.

Perfect Family Break

Villa Linda was absolutely perfect for our 3 generation ( 2 to 60 ) family break. Great accommodation and plenty of outside space to relax and read in the shade whilst others splashed in the pool. 5 star rating for Miquel and his communications over the 2 years we had been waiting for this break due to COVID. It was worth the wait and we will certainly return in the years ahead.
