Extraordinary luxury villa for 12 people with spectacular views near Son Carrió.



Es Turrió is ideal for a holiday with several families or friends. It is located on a hill, not far from Son Carrió in a quiet rural area. From here, there is a wonderful view of the sea and the coast from Porto Cristo to Cala Millor.

This villa is built on a slope and has 3 levels connected by an interior staircase. Each floor has its own character. The spacious distribution of the rooms and the harmonious interaction of modern and classic elements create an atmosphere in which one immediately feels at home.



The villa is surrounded by a garden, making it an ideal place to relax. The pool area with jacuzzi and terraces with sun loungers, as well as the spectacular views, create such a pleasant atmosphere that you almost don't want to leave the house. It is also an ideal place to enjoy the legendary Mallorcan nights.



Two barriers with wrought iron gates with electric opening lead to the main entrance with side parking and an entrance to the ground floor with covered parking for 4 vehicles and a large terrace for parking, as well as a children's play area, and a covered area with a ping-pong table. For the children's safety, the pool area is delimited by a wrought iron fence.



THE MAIN HOUSE consists of ground floor and first floor.

THE MAIN FLOOR forms the centre of the house with access to the path. The entrance is under a covered porch, from there one accesses the reception area, and from there a staircase leads to the basement apartment and goes up to the first floor. To the left of the reception area is the living room and to the right another door leads to the bedroom area.

LIVING AREA: dining room for 10-12 people, TV lounge with some sofas, with access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is connected to a terrace through a utility room.

BEDROOM AREA: a 38 m² suite with bathroom, lounge with sliding doors to the bedroom and access to the covered terrace. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and 2 more bedrooms.

THE FIRST FLOOR has two bedrooms and a bathroom, one of them with a dressing room. The other bedroom has access to a 19 m² terrace.

GROUND FLOOR/APARTMENT FOR 2 PEOPLE

On the ground floor there is an apartment of approx. 90 m² with independent access to the interior of the house or to the outside, with 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200cm), bathroom with shower, kitchen, a large living-dining room with fireplace and a sofa bed of 160x190cm. The dining table has capacity for 14 people.

GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT:

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/dining room with sofa bed (160x190cm), access to the outdoor area.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist herrlich gelegen, super ausgestattet, der Pool war (jahreszeitgemäß) erfrischend, die Wasserqualität aber sehr gut. Für uns waren die Matratzen leider ungeeignet, wir haben alle nicht besonders gut geschlafen.

Super schöne Villa mit viel Platz.

Wir haben diese Villa mit 10 Personen für eine Woche im Juni gemietet - würden diese absolut weiter empfehlen. Bei Problemen wird einem sofort geholfen - die Klimaanlage war kaputt und wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. TOP! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse/Pool aufs Meer war genial. Ebenso der Pool an sich ein Highlight - er war ausreichend groß und durch den flachen Einstieg auch besonders für Kinder geeignet. Die Betten könnten hochwertiger sein - bis auf das Bett im Erdgeschoss in Richtung Terrasse hatten alle Zimmer einzelne (sehr einfache) Bettgestelle, die sehr leicht auseinander gerutscht sind. Auch die Pfannen sollten ausgetauscht (Beschichtung komplett verkratzt) werden.

Tolle Finca mit hervorragender Ausstattung und Lage

Wir, eine Reisegruppe von 11 Köpfen haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt auf „Es Turrio“. Die Lage und Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Darüber hinaus hat uns der Service von Mallorca House Rent sehr gut gefallen. Sabine unsere Betreuerin war steht’s erreichbar und hat mit Ihren Tipps und Ihrer Dienstleistungsorientierung unseren Urlaub bereichert. Danke dafür! Der tolle Poolbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (klagen auf hohem Niveau ) und könnte für die nächste Saison eine Auffrischung gebrauchen.

Wohlfühlort

Wir haben uns mit der ganzen Familie auf dieser sehr großzügigen und toll gelegenen Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauberkeit, Großzügigkeit der Anlage, viele schöne Ecken drinnen und draußen zum Zusammensetzen oder sich zurückziehen. Toller Pool und Whirlpool und sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas verbessert werden: Zum Beispiel war keine Saftpresse mehr vorhanden und auch bei Töpfen und Schüsseln war es etwas knapp. Im Kühlschrank fehlen mehr Einlegeböden. Ein weiterer Schlüssel für das Tor wäre auch gut. Der Spielplatz ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war für die Kinder nicht von Interesse.

Nice big house

The finca was perfect for our businesses vacations with 11 people. The rooms are big enough for separating the beds and the pool and terraces are very roomy! All things worked well besides some lightbulbs, the safe and the whirlpool in the beginning. But the management send someone to fix it. I could reach them quickly at any time and we had a great time!

Great space - lacks finishing touches.

Great space. Excellent views. Wonderful terrace. Pool and hot tub great but needs some maintenance as tiles missing and loose. The villa itself has some luxury features but we were surprised by the poor glassware and lack of serving platters. In general not good provision in the kitchen. Also no napkins provided and insufficient tea towels for big groups. Might be custom and practice in the area but there was no welcome pack and no house instructions in English. Not enough pillows and basic towels. Not enough toilet paper. So these details didn’t spoil our holiday at all but suggest insuffficient attention to detail.

A beautiful house with the best hosts ever!

I have rented different summer houses in different parts of europe almost every summer the last 10 years. This house, close to the village Son Carrio, is probably the best of them all. The house is spacious, new, super cleane, very well equipped, very practical in use and with the best hosts one can imagine. When we left we could leave everything - including garbage bags on the floor and food in the fridge. No signs in the house telling us to do this or to avoid that (as you may find in other houses). In the kitchen even the knives were sharp and the frying pans in good shape. We were three families traveling together, with children ranging from 7 to 11. We all had a greate time, and we hope to come back! Thank you very much, Marianne and Jaume! We wish you all the best for the future. Solveig & co, Norway

pros: beautiful views. photos are pretty accurate. lots of space, multiple entertainment areas. 10mins drive from a big carrefour supermarket and 15mins to beaches. nice and quiet. a great villa. heated spa. we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again but please note my negatives so u are more informed than we were. cons: some of the rooms have their own air conditioners that worked, but the rest are a central system that we couldnt get to work. We asked for help on two seperate occassions and both times were told a person would come the following day to show us, but they never did. -There are mosquitoes at night. This meant you had to close all the windows at night. Normally this would be fine, but because the air con wouldnt work as previously mentioned, it made the rooms hot and stuffy. Not helped by a dilapidated pond at the front filled with water and more mosquitoes. -The gas bbq in the photos is not there. When we asked about it we were told it broke and they've decided not to replace it. So we bought briquettes for the other bbq. -The little tiles in the spa are breaking off (20 broke off in the week we were there). multiple members of our family cut feet and legs on the spa. we informed the owners so hopefully they repaired it. -A sign in the kitchen says the outside bins will be emptied twice a week. That never happened. -Unlike every other holiday house we've stayed in, it came with no starter pack of cleaning items. only some hand wash and a few toilet rolls.

Große, wunderschöne Villa mit Pool und Whirlpool. Der Blick von der Terrasse zum Meer ist spektakulär!! Wir hatten zu Beginn ein paar technische Schwierigkeiten, die aber sofort am nächsten Tag von den großartigen Handwerkern behoben wurden.Zum nächsten Strand (Cala Millor) und Supermarkt fährt man 10 Minuten.Wir waren mit 7 Personen dort und haben vor allem abends sehr die tolle Terrasse genossen!Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Eine wunderschöne Finca in den Bergen, die keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Wir trafen alles so an, wie es auf den Bilder und im Inserat dargestellt ist. Man bekommt einen Ansprechpartner zur Seite gestellt, der sich um einen kümmert und hilft. Die großzügig ausgestattete Küche, die beeindruckende Poolanlage mit Jacuzzi, das Grillhaus mit Bad oder auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Anwesen haben mehr als überzeugt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen die Finca definitiv weiter. Ein paar Basics wären nett wie z.B. Toilettenpapier, Salz & Pfeffer, Kaffefilter o.ä.

Tolle Finca

Das Erste, das uns auffiel, war die Sauberkeit. Das war absolut perfekt. Die Zimmer groß, genügend Platz in Schränken und Kommoden. Tolle Badezimmer mit teilweise Schwalldusche, Jakuzzi. Der Wohnbereich sehr großzügig mit genügend Möbeln und Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein zweites Wohnzimmer im Souterrain sowie die dortige Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Küche unten ist zwar komplett ausgestattet, allerdings ohne Küchenutensilien - diese müsste man von oben herunterschaffen, wenn man die zweite Küche nutzen möchte. Oben ist allerdings alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Kamin ist toll und wir konnten zu zehnt gemütlich davor sitzen. Der große Tisch im Esszimmer ist gemütlich für 10. Wer möchte, kann sich in dem wirklich großen Haus gut aus dem Weg gehen. Draußen sind genügend Möbel in drei Abteilungen: es gibt einen großen Tisch direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer, Loungemöbel verteilt auf der wirklich großen Terrasse, am Pool ca 12 Liegen, ein weiterer Esstisch hinterm Pool am Grill. Also wirklich Platz auch für mehrere Gruppen. Der Pool ist recht groß und sauber. Der Jakuzzi war groß genug für 6 mit sehr viel Platz und ausgestreckten Beinen. Also tatsächlich Alles so wie es auf den Fotos wirkt oder noch schöner. Wir waren restlos begeistert. Ein kleines Problem, das wir per email an die Vermieter meldeten, wurde zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit sehr rasch behoben. Auch auf den Service ist also Verlass. Wir können die Finca nur empfehlen. Das ein oder andere Bett ist für große/kräftige Erwachsene vielleicht ein bisschen wackelig. Die Matratzen allerdings gut.

Das erste, das uns auffiel, war die wirklich tolle Sauberkeit drinnen wie draußen. Großzügige Zimmer, mehrere Bäder mit unterschiedlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie Schwalldusche, Jakuzzi. Trennung in mehrere Wohnbereiche durch Flur/Etagen, daher sehr großzügig entzerrbar. Zweiter Wohnraum unten mit Couch zum Ausziehen und Fernseher. Zweite Küche ist jedoch nicht eingerichtet. Obere Küche mit genügend Geschirr/Besteck. Jede Menge Platz für Alle und Alles in Schränken/Kommoden. Auch vor dem Kamin, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Draußen Platz für Alle auf Lounge-/Sitzgelegenheiten. 12 Liegen am Pool. Grill außen. Whirlpool draußen nach 2 Sonnentagen ordentlich warm. Tolle Weitsicht. Kleiner unscheinbarer Ort. Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt für das Nötigste in 5 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Im Ort ein kleines aber sehr feines Restaurant 'Es Torrent de Son Carrio'. Nicht für den großen Hunger, sondern für den kleinen Feinen. Ein toller Ort für eine große Gruppe oder mehrere Familien.

Wunderschöne, für Familien geeignete Finca.

Wir verbrachten 7 Tage mit 8 Kindern (9 Jahre und abwärts) in der Finca Es Turrio. Und obwohl es unglaublich viel regnete, war genug Platz für alle zum Spielen, Lesen ... Die Küche ist sensationell gut ausgestattet. Für Familien, die gerne kochen ein Traum. Haben schon für nächstes Jahr vorgebucht.

Es war der perfekte Ort in der perfekten Finca

Dir Finca war ein Traum. Wie waren eine ganze Famile 9 Personen 6 Kinder und 1 Baby. Es hat uns extrem gut gefallen und alles hat super gepasst. Wir haben es sehr genossen nach dem Strand der in 15 min erreichbar war direkt noch in den Pool zu springen und den Abend zusammen auf der riesen Veranda auszuklingen. Die Finca war mit allen ausgestatten was man braucht und mit vieles mehr. Zum Einkaufen (Carfour) brauchten wir nur 10 min mit dem Auto. Wie können dir Finca nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Villa, alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden

in Der Finca ist soweit alles vorhanden, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Verwalterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich schnellstmöglich über entstandene Probleme. Ist auf jedenfall ein Besuch wert, ist zwar nicht alles auf dem neusten und modernsten Stand. Aber auf jedenfall alles funktionsfähig und benutzbar. Nur schade das das Wetter noch nicht so mitgespielt hatte.

Tolles Luxus-Domizil

Wir waren Anfang Oktober mit 12 Personen (Familie und Freunde mit Kleinkind) in der Luxus-Finca und haben wirklich nichts vermisst! Bei der Begrüßung durch die Betreuerin überraschte diese uns mit heimischen Gebäck. Auch sonst war sie sehr bemüht und immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn Probleme auftraten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren angenehm überrascht. In der Realität war die Finca mindestens so gut wie sie auf der Homepage beschrieben wurde. Die Lage, die Größe mit Grillmöglichkeiten am Poolhaus, die Ausstattung, alles hat gepasst. Vielen Dank an Marianne für die tollen Tips und die Unterstützung. Marianne war immer für uns erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben das schon anders erlebt und wissen das ist nicht selbstverständlich.
