"Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing. The biggest concern was that a rat was living in the only grill, making it completely unusable (in addition to not having any gas) and raising sanitation concerns. "Very nice spot in Sanibem"

"This property had impeccable landscaping on a beautiful canal with manatees daily and even a dolphin too! The screened lanai on both levels were so beneficial and made morning sunrise viewing such an enjoyable experience. The location cannot be beat! Daily walks to the beach were literally about 225 steps ( I counted) We were appreciative of the extra beach towels and chairs! We didn’t Find the cart and coolers until the day we wereLeaving but so much thought was certainly put in to providing...

"Everything inside the house was brand new and clean and it was perfect for our family of four. We had our dog so the dog door going out to the pool area was absolutely huge. Great place!"
