GULF FRONT!!! REMOLDED 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED COASTAL CONDO.

Welcome to your Sanibel Escape….. We have thought of everything so you can sit back and relax when you walk in. Vacation mode is activated with our coastal decor, great amenities, and, most importantly, stunning Gulf views from every vantage point.

Our fully equipped condo has been remodeled with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We know you'll love the beautiful interiors and the beachfront location on the popular east end of Sanibel Island. The condo is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is on the second floor of the #5 building. The views are completely unobstructed.

One of the special features we love about this unit is the comfy screened-in lanai. After a long day of playing tourist or just relaxing at the beach, it's nice to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing ashore while watching the sunset.

Additionally, there is an Olympic-size ocean facing heated pool, a seashell washing station, two pickleball and one tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, dedicated parking spot, community outdoor grills, outdoor dining tables next to grills, and, of course, the beach is your backyard.

It's all about location, as they say, and we are located two miles from Sanibel's famous lighthouse beach and 1.5 miles from Jerry's grocery store. Sanibel has two public golf courses nearby, and right outside the front door, there are 25 miles of amazing shared-use paths for you to enjoy while biking or walking. We're also just a few minutes from the Causeway, local restaurants, and great shopping and much more.
Guests of this unit will discover why so many hold the Loggerhead Cay community near and dear to their hearts. We also offer a beach cart, beach chairs, and an umbrella, 12 QT hard sided cooler stored in the ground-level storage unit for you to use.
No extra charge for up to six people.
More about the features and amenities:
• Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom offers a king-size comfy bed, hotel-quality sheets, two night stands a ensuite bathroom, full dresser with mirror, and a 50-inch smart TV & remote controled ceiling fan.

• Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom offers a comfy queen and twin bed, two night stands, chest of drawers, a dedicated bathroom, and a 32-inch smart TV and ceiling fan.

• Living Area:
The living area offers a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper, kick back recliner, two oversized very comfy swivel chairs, with a 65-inch smart TV. This is an excellent condo for two couples traveling together or for a family of five or six. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans.

• Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Appliances are all brand new, including a washer and dryer in the unit and filtered water and ice in the refrigerator door.

We are full time Sanibel residents so if you should have any questions or need anything during your stay we are available.
We book Saturdays to Saturdays only, with a minimum 7-night stay. We offer a discount for 28 days or more. Please remember to put the accurate count on your occupancy so we can provide the correct number of linens. We do not charge extra but maximum of 6.

Don’t wait! Sanibel is back! Beautiful unit!

This was just what the stress relief doctor ordered! Views of the pristine beach and golf. Mary and Keith were wonderful hosts and have thought of You! You don’t even need to bring a beach towel! The island is in much, much better shape than you might think. 30 restaurants are open on Sanibel/Captiva. The best grouper sandwich award goes to the Collier Inn on Useppa Island. (I ate one every day/different places) Grab Captiva Cruises and spend a day out there. Make sure to hit Monday’s shell crafters event at the Sanibel community center. Check out the San/Cap chamber of commerce website. They provide all the ideas and shells.

Great condo!

We’ve rented many condos in Sanibel, but this one exceeded them all. The decor was great, and the owners provided everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal and the view of the Gulf was wonderful. We were very pleased.

Heaven!

Been going to Loggerhead Cay for 44 years…by far the best condo….woke up every morning watching dolphins from the lanai…amazing views! Not many condos have this view…so close to beach…made our stay extra special. Mary and Keith always available when needed. 5 star for sure! Can’t wait to return next winter!

Panoramic Beach Views

I felt at home in this clean, comfortable, coastal-decorated corner beach condo that has panoramic beach front views. The easy boardwalk access to stroll, run, bike, hunt for shells along the beach makes this unit special! The lovely lanai is perfect for morning yoga or evening board games while listening to the surf. The side balcony is wonderful for watching the amazing sunrises! Excellent Accomodations!

Amazing place!

We just loved everything about our visit here. The location is perfect - especially given all the construction still going on on the island, this whole complex seems to be basically done, so we weren’t bothered at all by any construction noise (a big concern of ours). Super easy access to the beach, and the beach locker had everything we needed for our family of 5, including plenty of chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for the kids! And the beach cart to wheel it all out there was great.The condo itself was extremely clean, and with everything we needed - including card games the kids enjoyed, puzzles, and books, along with spare toiletries, sunburn cream, a sewing kit, bug spray…. Truly all the small details that make for a perfect, easy stay. We did a lot of cooking during our stay and found everything we needed re: pots/pans, serving dishes, Tupperware for leftovers, plenty of dishes/utensils, etc.Beds and couches/chairs were very comfortable. The views from the condo are wonderful. In short - a fabulous place with fastidious, responsive owners. Highly recommend!!.

Brought my daughter and 2 granddaughters, 7 & 9, who have never seen the ocean, and wow, the view was over the top, not to mention accessibility to the beach! The views of the beach were fantastic, the extra amenities such as snacks, coffee, beach gear and a “in case you forgot items” area were awesome. Clean well decorated place. Best unit we’ve stayed at in years. Easy in and easy out. No issues. Would stay here again!!

Spectacular Condo

No condo could have a better view of the gulf. Direct view from the family room and screened in lanai. We have stayed in condos on Sanibel for 40 years and we have never stayed in a condo more stocked with everything you could possibly need! Wonderful 5 Star Condo!

Fantastic condo stay!

We had a fantastic week at 502 Loggerhead Cay! Beautiful and super clean condo, comfortable beds and living room furniture. We felt at home! Beautiful ocean view and great location. We were overwhelmed at the extra items supplied and available to be used as needed. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, first aid kit, tons of bathroom items including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom, toothpaste, bug bite cream, and just about anything else you could possibly need that you forgot to bring. The kitchen was well appointed, including seasonings, foil, zip top bags, etc. The storage closet has beach wagons, several beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and numerous beach toys for the kiddos. There are even soft throws to cover with if you are chilly. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating vacation home. The only "issue" was a hurricane named "Helene" in the middle of the week! The owners were very helpful and informative during the inclement weather situation. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Walking in was very fresh and welcoming! Everything we needed or wanted was provided. Elevator for luggage was easy to use, storage room with everything needed at the beach, and Mary was very quick to respond to question about furnishings. The views were awesome! We can hardly wait to return.

Happy to be back on Sanibel!

This was the perfect property for our return to Sanibel following Ian. We've been vacationing on Sanibel for over 30 years staying in various properties, and this was probably our best experience. Property managers Mary and Keith went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The remodeled gulf-front condo was beaufiful, included so many extra amenities, was immaculate, and made us feel welcomed!
