"A clean, safe, cozy basement apartment perfect for our family of six. The kitchen is well-equipped to simple meals and there was even a zero water filter which we use at home. The only issue I had was the listed price was significantly lower than the per-night rate upon checkout. But it was still a good rate overall for our large family. "

"We arrived late, at midnight. The code was not working and we called the number. The person on the other line was patient and extremely helpful. They helped us with the code and process with absolutely no irritation at all. We had a restful sleep and were out early in the morning. The property was clean, amenities were great and absolutely would stay again. Amazing customer service and great rental. Thank you!"

"The property was very well organized and clean. The only problem we had was with the people in the apartment next to us. They were very rowdy and loud. My sister and my niece weren’t able to sleep for two days cause they kept partying. I did reach out to the owner and she was supposed to take care of this with the property manager, but I’m not sure what really happened. This is no fault to the owner of apartment. I’m just mentioning this because if you want some quiet time and rest time you will...

"Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. They provided a key which was an excellent solution. Overall good experience and...
