"Daughters and I were in town for NCAA Lacrosse Championships and chose this venue for our stay. It’s in an older house divided into separate areas. It was sufficient for what we needed. Had an issue with shower head that was resolved very promptly. Recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay when exploring Durham area."

"Overall stay was fine. However, there were no towels upon arrival. Communication with host difficult to remedy. Towels were dropped off outside while we were out. We had to be somewhere and couldn't wait - though we did for over an hour."

"This property was a bit odd, but OK for our short stay to visit our daughter at college. Beds were comfortable and unit had most basics (towels, paper products, dishes). Conveniently located, grocery store was walkable, easy parking and access to unit. Unit needs some repairs but was overall fine. We came home one evening to very significant police presence in the complex, so the area may not be the best."

"The suite was clean, communication to verify the reservation was great to start; however, once you're in the suite, you cannot get a hold of anyone to assist with any issues. We stayed here for 3 nights while we're in Durham to tour Duke University. The pros: location was convenient, the suite was spacious for the three of us, it was clean, and instructions to the property and access to the suite from the property management was clear and precise. The cons: No wifi. There were instructions...

"It’s a lovely condo in a lovely neighborhood. Plus I was able to walk to town through Duke’s east campus, a real pleasure. The condo was spotless and the host was very accessible and patient with my questions."

"We enjoyed our stay here! We also ate at the smokehouse, which was delicious. I committed a snafu while I was here, and the management was able to accommodate my mistake which was very nice. It is a loud/busy area, but if you know your children are heavy sleepers like mine they are not bothered. If we make it back this way we would stay here again!"

"Nothing fancy but just what I needed. Nice little studio apartment with all the necessities. Communication was good. Place was clean. Neighborhood was a little distressed but quiet and pretty private. The AC was excellent and you can have the fan on loud which I like when I am sleeping. Good value."

"My wife had extensive back surgery at Duke. This condo was convenient to the hospital. it was comfortable and clean. I would recommend for anyone having a procedure at Duke Medical. The only issue I had was the price quoted increased as I booked the property."

"This was a great place to stay while visiting Elon University. It was a 10 min drive to campus and walking distance to two beautiful parks. It is a basement apartment so we could hear people walking above us at times but wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is small but very cute. My husband and I felt like we had enough room and it was much more comfortable than a hotel stay."
