"The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant with plenty of wardrobe / drawer space. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm as the heating was on. I would have scored 100% but for a small leak on the shower cubicle bottom seal and the shaver/mirror light wouldn't work - nit picking really but shows this review is honest. Even so, overall far better than could be expected for the price."

"I was really impressed with my room. It was also very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were brilliant upon arrival and also when i departed. Only negative feedback i give is i don't think they should charge customers for wanting to leave their luggage on day of departure. Customers who don't drive will more than likely want to leave luggage somewhere safe but i feel like this service should be free."

"When I arrived after a long drive we couldn’t wait to check in my first notice was the image of where I thought we was staying was actually next door, as we approached the building the front door window had been smashed we then went to check in only to realise we had been given the wrong code to get the key and had to get the help of the guy boarding up the window to help us.
