"The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

"The hotel is in a good central location. My room was clean and very comfortable. It had really good facilities (including fridge, safe, kettle, toiletries etc), and free parking nearby."

"Very basic hotel and quite dated. Close to town centre. No kettle in the room. No hot water. We where only there for 1 night. Staff not around but there is a number to call if needed."

"We really enjoyed our stay, our room was clean and even had a little extra heater provided which was a nice touch. Everywhere was clean, the breakfast was delicious and cooked lovely. The bar was very nice too with board games and a nice selection of drinks. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you! "

"Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again"
