Essen hat geschmeckt mit fairen Preisen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Im Übernachtungspreis sollte der SPA Besuch inkludiert sein. Ich empfand den SPA Bereich als sehr gelungen, jedoch sollte bald eine Renovierung anstehen. Die vielen Regeln stören den Besuch etwas. Vielleicht könnten die Regeln in einem Flyer im...

"The Spa was amazing and not too many people were there. Breakfast had so many options to choose from and was delicious. What I would say is that our Suite only had one small window by entrance and one very small in the room, but other than that we didn't have any good view, for a suite. Maybe it will be something to mention for this specific room."

"The staff were very friendly. The room was very good with a comfortable bed and a view into the woodlands and lake at rear. Food was excellent at the restaurant and we would recommend the fixed price three course meal and local beer. Parking was free and easy. Would recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Voya. The 2 bedroom villa was just as listed on the photos, very clean, and cozy and the most comfortable bedding I’ve slept on this trip. There is parking for the villas which was convenient. The location was very convenient to Europa Park which was the reason for our stay.
