"I visited the King’s Lakeside Cottage with my husband and 6 year old this weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the views of the lake and the opportunity to play on the private beach. We also took a tour of Locke Lake on the kayaks provided and tried out the paddle boat too. "The house was so incredibly cute! There were 4 of us and everyone had their own room (although we ended up not using two of them) and there was just enough space for us not to feel cramped. It was clean, modern lake house feel and the location is incredible. We got there at night and when I woke up in the morning to see the view and walk out to the lake I was blown away! "The house was very nice and comfortable for four of us. Even though it rained each day, there is plenty of nearby shopping. We always try to do short term rentals when we travel. A couple of suggestions - the house had no wash cloths, no can opener, no salt & pepper shakers. Towels racks in the bathrooms would be a huge help. The listing indicated a hot tub and 2+ bathrooms. There was no hot tub and two full baths. There was no welcome booklet with local restaurants, points of interest, wifi...
