Supernette Betreuung durch Marco und seine deutschsprachige Vertretung Stephanie! Ideale kleine Tour durch San Teodoro bekommen, die wichtigsten Punkte gezeigt bekommen (Strand, Restaurants,…). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben viele tolle Tipps von Stephanie bekommen! La Cinta ist ein toller Strand, hier bekommt man nur leider im August keinen Platz. Es gibt aber genügend andere tolle und ebenfalls günstige Strände (Stella Marina in Budoni zum Beispiel). In der Wohnung ist alles Wichtige vorhanden, Klima funktioniert super, die Fahrradnutzung war klasse! So haben wir viel von San Teodoro gesehen! Danke! Jederzeit wieder!

Great house and location!

We have just had a wonderful stay in this house. The owner, Marco, was lovely, welcoming and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need so it was like home from home. We found it so helpful as a family that the house had three showers! The WiFi was good and the air conditioning was great and not noisy. We didn’t have a car but everything was close by and walkable so it was perfectly located. Both the beach and town centre were less than a 10 minute walk. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this property!

Wunderbare ruhige Lage

Wir haben die Ruhe u. die Nähe zum Zentrumvsehr genossen. Viele schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im nahen Umfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, in der wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Das lag vor allem an der tollen Kommunikation mit Marco und Stephanie. Sie hat alles ins Deutsche oder italienische übersetzt und Marco hat sich um alles gekümmert, was man brauchte oder wissen wollte.

Gute Unterkunft - nette Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und bot alles was wir brauchten. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Preis - Leistung passten! Marco und Stephanie waren super nett und gaben uns gute Tipps für Restaurants, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es wurde gleich eine Orientierungstour mit uns gemacht. super!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt.Marco und Stephanie waren tolle Gastgeber und jederzeit für uns zu erreichen.Als wir bei der Ankunft Probleme mit dem Mietwagen hatten haben sie uns vom Flughafen abgeholt obwohl es schon sehr spät war. Wir könnten vor der Ankunft sogar eine Einkaufsliste schicken und alles wurde erledigt.Die Lage der Unterkunft war super.Strand und Zentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wir würden bei Marco jederzeit wieder buchen und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Stephanie deutsch spricht war eine große Hilfe.

We loved it!

This property is absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful week. From check in until the last moment, everything went smoothly. We especially loved sitting in the back yard and enjoying a meal prepared on the grill outside. The bikes are also a big plus. Even with provided lamps and locks. They really thought of everything. The property had a contact person which even spoke German, so communication was absolutely superb. The location is also very good, close to the beach and the city center. And as a chef, I enjoyed that the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could imagine. We felt very comfortable. We hope to come back! Thank you so much.

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden super nett empfangen. Steffi und Marco sind tolle Vermieter. Alles ist vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Zum Strand kann man sehr gut laufen oder das Fahrrad nehmen. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Marco ist sehr freundlich und nett. Er hat extra für uns eine Dolmetscherin organisiert und uns direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt. Perfekte Unterkunft für eine wunderbare Zeit in San Teodoro

Die Unterkunft (ein kleines Reihenhaus) ist perfekt gelegen, um eine schöne Zeit in San Teodoro verbringen zu können. Alles in San Teodoro ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Für etwas weiter entfernte Ziele gibt es Fahrräder. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Ruhig war es auch. Maximal ein paar Geräusche von den Nachbarhäusern waren ab und an zu hören. Das Vermieter-Team ist zudem super nett und hilfsbereit! Wirklich, es war eine super Zeit.

Tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento è come descritto nell'annuncio. C'è tutto il necessario per passare una bella vacanza, e soprattutto tutto-compreso: biancheria, asciugamani, lenzuola, aria condizionata, biciclette e molto altro, senza costi aggiuntivi o nascosti. Un vero plus sono le bici con cui ci si muove con grande semplicità (comunque spiaggia e area pedonale si possono raggiungere in meno di 10 minuti a piedi). Si può mangiare fuori sia davanti che nel retro della casa, a seconda dei gusti e di dove batte il sole. Grande Marco per la sua simpatia e professionalità, sempre disponibile. Top!

Bellissimo appartamento!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento una settimana con il mio compagno e la nostra cagnolina di piccola taglia. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, appartamento pulitissimo dotato di qualsiasi accessorio. È situato sia vicino alla spiaggia La Cinta sia al centro di San Teodoro. Un plus non da tutti è sicuramente la dotazione di biciclette e ombrellone da spiaggia dei quali abbiamo usufruito tutta settimana. Il proprietario Marco e la signora Stefanie sono molto gentili e disponibili in caso di bisogno e li ringrazio nuovamente. Appartamento consigliatissimo per le vostre vacanze 🤗

All the things in a great location

This place has it all. From blenders to coffee makers. Toaster to a washing machine. Outdoor grill, sink, and shower. Plenty of amenities for the beach. Even a vacuum for keeping the sand out. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again in the future.

Parfait

Maison tres agreable et bien équipée. La climatisation est tres appreciable de meme que les terrasses.et la douche exterieure etait super agreable. Proche de la grande plage de la cinta et à 15 min du centre. Et un grand merci à Marco pour son accueil et le petit tour en voiture pour nous presenter la plage et le centre.

Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location with proximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants is what sets this place apart. The host was very helpful in the whole process and made us feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a great time! We will definitely stay here and recommend highly this property.

Perfekter Strandurlaub

Als kleine Familie war dies die perfekte Unterkunft. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hat sogar für deutsche Gäste eine deutsch sprechende Ansprechperson vor Ort. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt (Küchenequipment, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme, Fahrräder, Kinderbett, Hochsitz etc.pp), ohne dass extra Kosten anfielen wie sonst auf Sardinien üblich. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Man ist ca. 500 Meter vom (meist vollen) Traumstrand La Cinta entfernt und die Innenstadt mit Märkten und Restaurants ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestellen sind auch nicht weit und für Ausflüge zu anderen Stränden können die Fahrräder genutzt werden. Jederzeit wieder! Marco hat uns sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt, da wir mit einem kleinen Kind angereist sind.

- Super netter Vermieter (alle Extraanfragen wurden erfüllt, bspw. Flughafentransfer, Kinderfahrradsitz, Babybett, Hochstuhl) - Deutsche Ansprechpartnerin - tolle Lage Restaurants, Strand, Supermärkte (ohne Auto alles zu erreichen, fußläufig oder mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern) - Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, neue Klimaanlagen, etc.)

Fantastic

Everything that we needed was in the house. It was a great experience andxwe would definitely return. It was a short walk to the main centre, where there were lots of restaurants and bars. The property owner was very friendly and communicative and was always available.
