The first apartment on the ground floor has a comfortable living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds and one with a double bed and a sofa bed) and a bathroom. The second apartment with its own entrance is located in the basement and has a kitchenette, a living-dining room with 2 sofa beds and a bathroom. The child-friendly holiday home is also equipped with air conditioning and cable TV. Outside you will find a spacious garden and a covered terrace with barbecue, which provides pleasant shade on hot days and invites you to have meals together. You can reach restaurants, cafés and shops after a 10-minute walk, while the white sandy beach of Cala Girgolu is about 1 km (10-minute walk) away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
