I obtained my room at this historic 4* hotel, set in its own parkland, at an unbelievably reasonable rate, cheaper than other 1* and 2* hotels in other cities in Andalusia, with the excellent breakfast included in the price. "Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "

"Communication was great from begging to end. The host send us all proper information via email and what’s app. Lovely place. Clean and all amenities included. Cold ac and it’s fabulous that it’s pet friendly. Rooftop deck is very nice for a cold drink. We were able to cross easily by car to Gibraltar. We ordered their delicious breakfast which it was delivered to our boat by the time we asked. So yummy and we will be back for sure. "
