"Room was spacious, with a nice terrace and view. Beds were very comfortable and towels, etc. were of good quality. Staff was outstanding. Location also very good. The facilities can go to be updated. We were also there out of season so some things like the pool were not available. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it highly."

"The housekeeping was excellent. There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush,these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it. The ongoing disappointment was the wardrobe didn’t have a hanging space for dresses or long coats,we ended up buying coat hangers and hanging them on pictures around the room"

"1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty 2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke 5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles 6. Floor is so worn out 7. No bellboy to help with luggage 8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service. "

"We stayed two nights and had a pool view room with balcony. I was impressed with the condition of the hotel and friendly reception of the hotel staff, we enjoyed the stay and everything was perfect. We did not opt for the breakfast or eat at the restaurant but the menu looked very good and I could see other people enjoying the breakfast and what appeared to be a very nice buffet.
