Thoughtfully arranged with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living areas, a double garage, an outdoor deck and an upstairs balcony, the home is ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of San Remo and Phillip Island, you’ll be close to beautiful beaches, fresh local seafood and the famous San Remo pelican feeding, with Phillip Island’s iconic attractions—including the Penguin Parade, Cape Woolamai and The Nobbies, just a short drive away.

With four comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and two separate living areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind.

On the ground floor, you’ll be welcomed by a second living area with comfortable seating and a TV, the perfect additional space for families or groups. Two bedrooms are also located on this level, each with its own ensuite, providing added privacy and convenience.

Step outside to the outdoor deck, where you’ll find additional seating and a BBQ. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the fresh coastal air, an afternoon drink or a family BBQ after a day spent exploring San Remo and Phillip Island.

Head upstairs to the heart of the home, where the spacious open-plan living and dining area showcases beautiful ocean and water views. Step onto the balcony, take in the outlook and enjoy the relaxed coastal atmosphere.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or sitting down together for a family meal. Upstairs, you’ll also find two further bedrooms and two bathrooms.

For added convenience, the home includes a Euro laundry with washer and dryer, complimentary linen and towels, split-system heating and cooling, and a double garage for secure parking.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur additional costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
