"Staff was super nice, always a warm smile and greeting. Breakfast while simple was adequate. Didn’t like the bathtub style shower. Mosquitoes maybe an issue at times and didn’t like the smoky mosquito repellent that were lit during the evenings as the smoke would seep into the rooms. "The hotel was beautiful. The only thing that spoiled the experience were the tiny ants in one of the rooms that were even on the bed. The staff were receptive and sprayed the room when we told them about it, but it did not eliminate this problem completely. The buffet was good and worth paying a little extra for. The location was excellent."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. But this is true for almost all of Thailand. The land of smiles as they say. No complaints about this hotel at all. Saw other reviews about the gong or bells from the temple waking them up early, but we didn't have that problem. And we were on that side also. "Checked in Melia Chiang Mai, when we opened the door and entered the room, we could only describe it as "Wow"! The space is spacious and comfortable, and the interior is clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is also quite quiet, and there is a night market nearby, which is very convenient!
