Casa Ulivo and Casa Mignola are part of the holiday Villa. Both private and indipendent.



Villa Verdoliva is located in the heart of Tuscany, 30 minutes by road from Florence, Pisa and Lucca. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, in the middle of the countryside of San Miniato al Tedesco, the Villa offers hospitality in its spacious double rooms and is equipped with a splendid swimming pool reserved only for the guests of the residence.

FANTASTIC!! We loved staying at this property. Far and away the best property we stayed i during our trip to England and Italy. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We loved waking up to magnificent views over the Tuscany hillsides every morning. The property is remote - but that’s what we wanted. A train into Florence is only a five minute drive away. We truly hope to stay here again. Thanks Emanuele.

Beautiful apartment in the Tuscany hills! Emanuele was a great host. Apartment is well equipped for cooking. Loved the views from all the balconies. Pictures do not do the views justice. Easy to travel to Florence or Pisa and Lucca.

Lovely home with amazing views

L’Ulivo is a spacious and very comfortable home. We loved all the balconies to enjoy the view from. Emmanuel was very kind and helpful during our stay. It was a good base to explore Lucca, Florence, and Pisa.

Relaxing location and stay

The house was amazing, we had the entire top floor of the house, which had large bedrooms, common area and kitchen. The entire place was very nice and was quiet, which made it easy to relax and end a nice holiday. The pool area is share with other renters in the area, but was not an issue during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Great property and communication with hosts/managers was clear and easy. A little hard to find the first night when we arrived after dark, and you wouldn’t want to be without a car as it’s too far to walk to the village or train station. Absolutely beautiful views from every window and patio! We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Zeitweise waren bis zu 12 Personen am Pool, lt Vermieter können es bei Vollbelegung des "Feriendorfes" bis zu 20 Personen sein. Aus der Anzeige ist nicht zu ersehen, dass das Domizil aus 4 Gebäuden mit insgesamt 6 Ferienwohnungen besteht.

Breathtaking View!

We spent 5 nights at L'Ulivo. Francesco could not have been more kind of helpful. One of our group members lost his billfold and was hoping he had left it on the dresser in his bedroom. We were in Florence, so I messaged Francesco and he went over and looked everywhere for the billfold. Alas, it had been stolen - but, it was so very kind of Francesco to go above and beyond to help us! The view from our apartment was absolutely beautiful. We could not have stayed in a more amazing location in Tuscany. We do have two suggestions - all four of us are cooks, and the kitchen could use a few more items like a cookie sheet, a better knife - small stuff! And the shower in the big bathroom has very little water pressure. Other than that - wonderful!

San Miniato

Lovely apartment just a few minutes drive from the San Romano train station where you could get a train to Florence or Pisa. And we were within easy driving distance to Siena, San Gimignano and the rolling hills of Chianti country.

Absolutely lovely home on the middle of Tuscany

Right in the center or Tuscany, at equal discance from Florence, Siena, and Pisa, this large home on top of a hill bas views straight out of a tourism pamphlet. Sitting on our large balcony, we spent hours looking at sunsets while eating supper and talking about our day. We also had access to a very large pool where we could cool down after our expeditions. Event though the home is actually three or four apartments, the setting is still very intimate. The home is near a train station with regular transport to all major cities, and also near supermarkets and other service points. As to our hosts, Emmanuel and his family were helpful and involved in making our stay as comfortable as possible. All questions were answered and all issues were resolved quickly. Thank you to the Mori family. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Boede øverst på 2. Sal med 3 store balkoner. Nød hver morgen og aften den flotte udsigt over Arno-dalen og den lille Stibbio-landsby. Lækkert lille pool-område med toilet og bruser.
