In just a few minutes, you’ll be at the beautiful promenade, where you can enjoy the ocean view while strolling along the marina, past the cafés, bars, and restaurants.<br><br>The 70 m² apartment features a living/dining area with a sleeper sofa and an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV with satellite channels. Next to it is a round glass table with four chairs for shared meals, which can be prepared in the open kitchen right next door.<br><br>The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, oven, etc.). A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided—ideal for long-term guests! You can use the internet via Wi-Fi free of charge.<br><br>In the bedroom, you’ll find a 180x200 cm double bed, a closet, a dresser, and two small nightstands.
