Apartment very well located, on the edge of the complex, on the 3rd floor, with elevator. It is made up of 2 connecting rooms. The first has a 1.90 m by 1.60 m bed, and air conditioning. This bedroom gives access to a second bedroom with a 1.80 m by 1.40 m bed.
There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment has a very nice view, of the sea, the golf course and also the Teide.
The terrace, facing south, will allow you to enjoy the sun and the pleasant climate of Tenerife.
It has an electric remote control awning.
The French window and the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Parque Albatros is a quiet complex, well maintained and secure (access by magnetic card). which has a large heated swimming pool, supervised and surrounded by beautiful wooded gardens.
A small playground is dedicated to children. A space is also reserved for them, in the swimming pool.
There is also a bar, overlooking the pool, a restaurant, children's entertainment and evening shows.
The complex has direct access to the Atlantic avenue (restaurants), close to the sea. The reception is open 24 hours a day, as well as a small convenience store.
Wi-fi access is available in the apartment, as well as in the reception. There is also a laundromat on site.
A car is recommended, but not essential. The complex is ~ 10 mins from the airport. The taxi journey will cost you less than 15 €.
Tenerife has a very good bus network, which connects the main areas of the island. A bus station is 50 m from 'Parque Albatros'. Several small shops are also nearby. 3 km away is the shopping center 'San Blas', with restaurants and evening entertainment.
The ease of access to the motorway (Los Chafiras at 5 km) allows you to reach the beautiful, well-known beaches of Los Christianos, Los Americas, El Medano or even the large amusement park 'Siam park' 15 minutes.

Many distractions are available to you:
Golf: you are located in the center of 2 golf courses: Amarilla golf (18 holes) and Golf del Sur (27 holes).
At 5 minutes, in the heart of the Marina, a submarine dive will make you discover the fauna.
Beautiful walks, by the sea, on each side of the marina lead you to Los Abrigos, or Los Galletas.
Also possible for windsurfing, go-karting, paragliding, horse riding ...
Without forgetting the Pic du Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, which rises to 3,715 m, and whose summit is accessible by cable car
From Los Christianos, many boat trips to see dolphins, whales or visit the island of Gomera .........

Top week achter de rug. Eerste keer op Tenerife en we komen zeker nog eens terug. Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van restaurants, winkels en de zee.

Great week away. Property very clean and well equipped. The complex is also very well maintained. No problem getting round the pool. Just beware there's a few steps to negotiate so you might struggle if not that mobile.

Everything you need for a self-catering holiday, looking after yourselves. The communication with the owner was first class. Hilly location but we knew this before we arrived. Pool area was a little oasis

Great position views brilliant. Apartment well stocked with items. Check in/out a bit awkward, but Claude sent positive maps, which realy helped. 415 TITSA bus to & from airport (option) 1.45 euro. We loved our time there & will book again

Claude est reactif dans les échanges. Il nous a transmis les infos nécesaires pour récupérer les clés, a temps et de maniere tres claire. L'appartement est bien situé et contient tout le nécessaire pour ne se soucier de rien. Merci

La casa está fenomenal para el precio que tiene. Está en una zona cercana al aeropuerto, lo que nos daba un poco de miedo por el ruido, pero dentro de l casa no se oye ningún ruido y a partir de las 00:00 el aeropuerto no tiene casi tránsito. Esta bastante cerca de la zona sur con playas de arena, lo que lo hace ideal pra unas vacaciones en familia sin tener esa sensación de agobio de la zona más turística de la isla.

Appartement très bien situé. Le propriétaire très réactif au mail en cas de besoin et très bonne explication pour trouver l appartement. Si je reviens a tenerife je reprends cette location sans hésitation.

1 min puntje:gedoe om de de kaart en de sleutel te vinden. ( en na afloop weer terug te brengen op de geheime plaatsen) Echt niet prettig als je vereist bent. Maar eenmaal binnen, troffen we een heerlijk appartement. Alles was aanwezig. We vonden het wel jammer dat er helemaal geen welkomstdrankje en/of iets te eten in de koelkast stond. We zijn om 21.00 uur nog eten en drinken gaan halen. We waren echt heel moe van deze onderneming. Maar na een nachtje slapen konden we er weer tegen en hebben 10 fantastische dagen beleefd. Er is niets gesneuveld. Dank je wel dat we je appartement mochten huren.

We, family of 4, had a really great time in this nice apartment. Yes, some updates could be done, but in general everything we needed was there and given the price it was more than ok and would go back immediately! Getting the keys: using google maps + the instructions given, all went very smoothly. Location: close to airport, restaurants nearby, nice beach views, nice beach walks. Not ideally to go swimming nearby but enough beaches where this can be done. Great clean pool. Very good location to do visits in Tenerife (car required). 15 minutes from Play de las americas. In general: would recommend and would go back when going to Tenerife immediately! Thanks.

J'ai passé une semaine incroyable dans cet appartement à Tenerife ! L'emplacement était parfait pour explorer l'île. Le propriétaire était sympathique et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. L'appartement était propre, spacieux et bien équipé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement à tous les voyageurs cherchant un endroit agréable pour passer leurs vacances à Tenerife.

Enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year. There is everything you require in the apartment. We found that the apartment would benefit from new towels and a protective cover for the comfortable bed. (There are a few stains on the mattress.). This we rectified by putting on two bottom sheets, easy fix. As a rental property you can appreciate that things don’t last forever but this did not detract us from having a great holiday. Having your own washing machine is a bonus.

Agréable , seule difficulté personne pour l ' acceuil sur place fermé en cette période ? dommage ainsi que le propriétaire absent seul contact avec des boîtiers pour récupérer carte du portail et les clefs ensuite trouver l ' appartement dans un grand complexe .

Het appartement ligt aan de buitenkant van een groot appartementencomplex op de 4e verdieping. Midden in het complex bevindt zich een goed onderhouden tuin en mooi zwembad. Het appartement heeft een ruim terras met een weidse blik op de omgeving, inclusief de zee, de Teide en dalende vliegtuigen, die ook goed te horen zijn. De eigen beveiligde wifi verbinding is prima. De auto kan niet mee. Hij moet buiten het complex worden geparkeerd op de openbare weg. Er zijn hier wel veel mogelijkheden, maar ook veel appartementen met mensen met een auto. Soms dus wel wat lopen, ook omdat je maar op enkele plaatsen door een beveiligde poort naar binnen kan. Het incheckproces verloopt wat moeizaam: eerst een magneetkaart ophalen uit een sleutelkastje bij een ander appartement in een ander complex, daar in de buurt. Hiermee kun je de toegangspoortjes openen en daarna kun je de sleutel pakken uit een sleutelkastje bij jouw appartement. Het lukt allemaal wel, maar als je laat aankomt in het donker zou je dit anders willen. In tegenstelling tot wat wordt vermeld, is het appartement niet op het zuiden gericht, maar bijna op het westen. In de zomer is er ook met die ligging waarschijnlijk meer zon dan je lief is, maar in de winter wil je zoveel mogelijk zon en die is er pas vanaf 12.00u vanaf de zijkant. Wat betreft de inrichting is het appartement wat gedateerd. Een flinke update zou niet misstaan. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en er is ook ruim voldoende apparatuur, maar het ziet er niet altijd even net uit: • bad met beschadigingen en/of kalkaanslag • kraan en spoelbak in keuken met beschadigingen en kalkaanslag. Dit ziet erg vies uit. • handdoeken zijn versleten en te weinig voor 10 dagen • de tafel op het terras is gammel en een stoel is kapot Ook zou het schoonmaken wat beter kunnen. Ondanks deze negatieve punten is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding goed. Wij hadden hier een aangenaam verblijf. Als wat verbeteringen zouden worden uitgevoerd, zou het allemaal nog aantrekkelijker worden.

Fare il Ceck in é stato faticoso, perché siamo arrivati alle 20 ed é stato difficile trovare la scheda per entrare nel residence, le mappe non erano così chiare, sarebbe stato più facile darci l’indirizzo e noi lo avremmo inserito nel navigatore.. così abbiamo iniziato la vacanza con una caccia al tesoro.. la casa non era pulitissima ma c’era tutto l’occorrente ed anche le comunicazioni col proprietario ( via e mail) alla fine si sono rivelate pronte ed esaustive
