"This place is at the end of the busy part of the Main Street in town. We knew it was next to a cafe but didn’t realize the cafe is also a bar, so there was music till midnight. Fortunately, the music wasn’t as loud as a lot of places and the windows were good at blocking most of the noise. The place was comfortable and the AC worked well. We had the perfect spot to watch the Carnival parade (every Tuesday night Feb- April). Great location for restaurants. No beach here - my husband walked about...

"We had a fantastic week long stay. It was a quiet community of condos and any neighbors we saw were very friendly. As mentioned, the beach sand does have a lot of sea glass, which is in no fault of any owners...it is coming in from the ocean as far as we could tell. Most glass pieces had been worn down smooth, but there were newer sharp pieces as well, which is unfortunate. Keep that in mind if you have children coming on vacation with you. I actually loved walking the beach and sand areas...

"Loved the whole week. Everything worked mechanically as it should. Walking to the beach was easy and close. Kitchen was well equipped, although we ate out every night. Restaurants in the courtyard are stellar. Casino grocery great for what we needed. Daphne is a gem. Answer any of our crazy questions. Hopefully we can return…. Deb"

"Anyone's Happy Place! The condo is decorated beautifully, sits right on the beach and offers a quiet residential setting (versus being a party spot). Titi was very attentative and passed on great information about Marigot and the island in general. Lots to do (and eat) in Marigot. Don't miss Chez Vinettes for a meal."

"Just at the beach of Orient Bay, the apartment has a very nice view and a lot of parking, huge pool too, you can find a mini market and pizza at the entrance of the property, Phillipe was very nice and kind, also super fast if you need anything. We just returned and already want to come back!"

"Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Wohnung, die Lage ist top. Die Aussicht wunderschön. Das einzige und große Manko. Die Herdplatte ging am ersten Abend kaputt. Darauf hin kontaktierten wir den Host. Dieser reagierte schnell und 10 Minuten später war ein Techniker da. Nach 2-3 Stunden war klar dass die Platte ausgetauscht werden soll. Darauf hin versprach man uns eine Rückerstattung von einer Nacht. Es wurde ein Termin für den Folgetag um 11h gemacht. Am Folgetag kurz vor 11 bekamen wir einen...

"Grand Case is a natural beauty and this apartment was an ideal location to enjoy it. Although this part of the island has not fully recovered from hurricane Irma in 2017, this location is not short on charm, fantastic food and things to do if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. Our host was very accommodating and our room was quiet comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay."
