As one of the most consistently desired communities for travelers to Los Cabos, Palmilla provides everything one could ask for.

With tremendous location, and ease of access from San Jose del Cabo, the Airport, and San Lucas all within 25-30 minutes, it`s central location provides the freedom for guests to choose whatever type of vacation they desire and rest easily knowing that they are coming back to one of the most beautiful and amenity-rich locations in the greater Cabo area.

Those amenities include one of the nicest swimming pool layouts and grounds available, and a state-of-the-art gym that has even received praise from professional athletes that have visited with us in the past.

Further, Palmilla has a `vibe` that is difficult to replicate. The detail the grounds, the tightly placed Palm trees that line the roads, the exceptional restaurants, and every small consideration that has been made creates an effect of prestige and comfort that is almost transcendent beyond words.

This home, is no different and as soon as you enter the front door your eyes are pulled to the dramatic artwork that adorns the walls ahead. It becomes immediately obvious that the Owner of this unit has put immense thought and care into the design, and while not overdone, no detail has been overlooked.

The spacious living room features large sliding doors which open to allow an airy, usable, living space and invites guests to flow effortlessly between inside and outside all while maintaining the comfortable Cabo temperatures and light breeze coming off the nearby Sea of Cortez.

The lower deck area remains covered during most hours by the pergola overhead but for those looking for sunshine you can climb the spiral staircase which leads to a sun drenched deck above. From this vantage point you can see all of the surrounding Palmilla area and a nice peek-a-boo view of the dark blue waters on the horizon.

Back inside the home you will find everything you may want or need in the gourmet kitchen which is perfect for casual cooking, or entertaining.

For those looking to dine out, Palmilla has you covered for almost any taste imaginable including Italian at the newly opened Il Splendido, Sushi at Niksan, gourmet Mexican at the Clase Azul owned restaurant, bakery, sandwiches, and salads at Cream, or even Chinese at Chins. Within 3 minutes, each option is accessible and inviting.

For those wanting to golf, the One&Only Palmilla has an amazing Championship course featuring 27 holes of challenging and interesting holes climbing up and down the mountainscapes while never losing sight of the Sea of Cortez below.

For beach access, we recommend, and are happy to arrange a luxury golf cart rental which creates another unique element to your vacation.

In total, you`re bound to find every part of paradise in this lovely home and no want or desire will be left unsatisfied.

We can`t wait to host you and are certain that you`ll be happy you selected Palmilla as your homebase on your next Cabo adventure.
