Villa con una piscina panorámica disponibles. casa de campo característica de la Toscana con acceso directo a un gran jardín lleno de flores y una maravillosa piscina con una vista panorámica del valle de Val d'Elsa y el Chianti. La propiedad se encuentra a unos 3,5 km de la ciudad de San Gimignano. La casa se distribuye en dos plantas y tiene exclusiva zona al aire libre con una gran mesa de comedor al aire libre, barbacoa y horno de piedra para hornear pan y pizza! Y 'perfecto para 9 personas con 3 habitaciones dobles y una habitación triple. El área se encuentra en las famosas colinas de la Toscana, rodeado de viñedos. La piscina y el amplio jardín de vez en cuando se pueden compartir con nuestra familia durante algunos fines de semana en el verano.
Su apartamento:
El apartamento tiene un área exclusiva con una gran mesa y bancos justo en frente de la puerta de la cocina, cenas y comidas al aire libre. Cerca también hay una zona de barbacoa disponible con un horno de piedra para pizza y pan. Desde la sala de estar, una gran entrada que da al jardín con vistas a la piscina!
Repartidas en dos plantas:
- PLANTA BAJA
. Una sala de estar con una gran mesa, sofás, TV vía satélite.
. Una cocina típica de la Toscana con chimenea y una mesa grande. Usted encontrará todos los electrodomésticos que necesita: nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, horno, estufa, cafetera, hervidor de agua, microondas, tostadora, etc.
. habitación doble muy luminosa, con grandes ventanales y baño privado.
. Una zona exclusiva con mesa y bancos para cocinar al aire libre.

Desde la planta baja, una vieja escalera de piedra conduce al primer piso de su apartamento:

- Lavadora a su disposición junto a su apartamento, bajo una escalera de piedra. Trovere el alambre para colgar la ropa en la terraza panorámica en el jardín de la propiedad.
- Pista de tenis en una amplia zona de jardín de la casa. Accesible a través de un camino que pasa por detrás de la piscina. No es un campo profesional, pero que podría ser divertido para darnos un pequeño juego!

La zona de la piscina es fantástica y equipada con sombrillas y sillas. También en esta zona se encuentra una zona de relajación con un mirador, mesa y sillas.
Para mayor seguridad, especialmente en presencia de niños, la zona de la piscina puede ser fácilmente cerrado con una puerta pequeña y barandilla del resto del jardín ..
-El jardín es fantástico, lleno de flores de colores y gazebo para relajarse y disfrutar de una maravillosa vista.

Wonderful spot for family time

We had a group of 7 adult (19-64) family members staying here - property setting is spectacular with great views, gardens, pool , tennis court…. The house is spacious and well equipped - we ate every meal outside and took advantage of having a local chef come and cook for us one night. Very special time for us all / we will be back!

Paradise in Tuscany

This magnificent villa and the hosts, Cristina and Simone, surpassed our expectations and made a blissful stay in beautiful San Gimignano. The 300+ year old home was clean, charming and authentic and the grounds were well maintained and serene. The views of the countryside were breathtaking! At our request, the hosts arranged for a chef, Patrizia, to come to prepare dinner on 3 evenings. She was delightful and used fresh produce and ingredients from her own farm in the multi-course meals she made. We cannot wait to return to this Tuscan paradise!

Tuscany Adventure

The house is amazing with picturesque views and wonderful space. The pizza oven was amazing! Simone and Cristina were quick to respond if we had questions, provided a wonderful book with information on wineries, restaurants, and much more in the area. Very peaceful spot and easy to get to local attractions. We all fell in love with the house and area! We all highly recommend this house for your stay in the San Gimignano area.

Wonderful location

Close to tourist places and easy to travel to sites. The hosts were the best and the cooking class and food was incredible!! It is peaceful and the views are beautiful. I would recommend to others but note the house is aging and needs refresh, the air conditioners did not work well, but is authentic in many ways.

Best holiday home ever, great host

From the moment of booking, we had very pleasant contact with the owners. On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the whole family and given a wonderful tour of the house and garden. The gardens are beautifully maintained and there is very much to enjoy for young and old. highlighting the beautiful swimming pool. In the evening we enjoyed the most beautiful view you can imagine. and ate delicious pizza from the pizza oven. The loction is easily accessible and and nicely central for countless day trips. all in all a successful house for the perfect holiday

Gorgeous property!

We were lucky to stay in this beautiful villa for eight nights in June. The pictures do not do the property justice! The views from the patio are the perfect, dreamy Tuscany views and we had breakfast there every morning. Simone and Cristina are the perfect hosts; responsive and kind. We cooked at the house several evenings and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We even made the Florentine traditional dish Bistecca on the open fire in the outdoor grill. The villa is a short drive from beautiful San Gimignano where we had several lunches and did our grocery shopping. We are already thinking of our next trip to Italy and would absolutely stay at the villa again!

Perfect Tuscan vacation

We can’t say enough how Wonderful our experience was. The property is amazing with the best views. The host could not have been more accommodating. My father in law had pneumonia while in Italy and the host helped arrange portable oxygen for him from the local pharmacy. She even had me follow her to the pharmacy location. This was above and beyond helpful. The location is perfect. So close to Florence and Sienna. The town of San Gimignano is amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous grounds, well appointed house and delightful hosts. We had a wonderful stay despite the rain that fell every day during our trip. The hosts arranged for a local chef to prepare dinner at the villa the first night, which made our first evening very relaxing. Tuscan Countryside

What a wonderful countryside villa that Simone and his family have opened up and shared with the public! If you want authenticity and real of history and want to stay in an over 300 year old villa, this is the place for you! the property itself is stunning and the views are gorgeous. The interior and rooms have a very authentic feel and although not particularly new and upgraded, have all the modern conveniences you will need. We had Patrizia come and cook us an incredible meal (with food left over for the next night!), I'd highly recommend it. Simone had lots of great recommendations and was very attentive to our needs, even stopping by to check in one of the nights . This is the ultimate Countryside Tuscan getaway and we'd highly recommend it.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Objekt übertraf unsere Erwartungen! Geplegte Alleinlage, gut ausgestattet, toller Pool (wird vom Besitzer gepflegt), herrlicher Garten, Ofen für Grill und Pizza wurde von genutzt, Holz war vorhanden. Alles in allem ein tolles Objekt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen !!!!!

Wonderful property in great location

This really is a fantastic holiday property and was perfect for our group of two young families. The house is part of a larger property (the rest of the house reserved for the owners but not used whilst we stayed). It is set in beautiful grounds with a huge pool and terrace which we had exclusive use of. The house is spacious and has a lovely homely feel to it which helped us settle on quickly and feel very relaxed. The property is full of rustic features and charm and was equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven where a bonus and the large outdoor terrace was perfect for dining throughout the day. The location was perfect for visiting nearby San Gimignano and it’s many restaurants but make sure to arrive early to secure a parking spot if visiting in the summer. The host, Simone, was really helpful throughout and easily contactable if needed. The supplied recommendations for restaurants and wineries were also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Wonderful, private villa in a great location with spectacular views

Simone and his family met us upon arrival, when they showed us around the house and grounds, and then checked us in. The villa was beautiful, infact better than we expected from the photos on VRBO. It is clear the family take great care to ensure the property is kept to a high standard and Simone remained at our disposal should anything come up, despite being on holiday himself. We did have to contact Simone following an unusual and strong summer storm which is not typical in the area and which caused damage to some items. Simone was quick to respond and the people who came to the villa to put things right were so nice and friendly, they were a delight to have round! We are sorry our stay was only a week and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Simone and Cristina for making us feel so welcome and for being so accommodating. Daniela, Claudio & Family

Perfect family home base for Tuscany day-trips with great pool and grounds

This house was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed 5 nights and used it as a relaxing home base for day trips throughout Tuscany. The location, just a few minutes outside of San Gimignano and less than an hour to several great Tuscan towns, was great. Simone and his wife were fantastic hosts--very attentive and welcoming and quick to respond to any questions that came up. They've done a great job with the grounds and amenities--incredible flowers everywhere and tons of different places to hang out and enjoy just being in beautiful Tuscany. The pool was a highlight of the trip for our family with 5 kids between 11 and 19. We were there in early June and though it was unheated it was really refreshing and felt great after a minute. We also arranged to have a chef, Patrizia, and translator come for a cooking lesson. It was a great introduction to Italian cooking and to get real and fun interaction with some Italian people. Overall, the house was perfect for us and we would definitely recommend it to any families looking for a beautiful, relaxing Tuscan home base.

Wonderful vacation in San Gimignano

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San wGimignano! The house is quite beautiful and the grounds exceptional. Simone and Christina we welcoming and very helpful! Their family is lovely and we also enjoyed meeting Ollie. We had coffee on the terrace in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The view is outstanding- a short walk down the road toward the monastery and there is a breath taking view of San Gimignano. We explored the area with day trips by car and train- Sienna, Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Calle di Val D’Elsa and San Gimignano. We made dinner at home several evenings and found the grocery in Poggibonsi to be great with a great selection. We were only two couples but with 4 bedrooms the house can easily accommodate 4 couples or a family. Thank you for a memorable vacation in Tuscany! Gimignano!

The property was exactly as described only with more charm. It had the feeling of a farmhouse which has been gradually renovated and converted over many years to produce an idyllic holiday home in the heart of this most bucolic region.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Pool und super Aussicht

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Zufahrt geht an einem Kloster vorbei über eine Naturstraße durch ein Waldstück. Bavor man an das Grundstück gelangt, muss man durch einen Torbogen fahren der eine maximale Breite und Höhe von 2,4 m hat. Die Anfahrt war für uns schon etwas abendteuerlich, weil wir mit einem VW Bus und einem Motorradanhänger beladen mit 2 Motorrädern unterwegs waren. Wenn man dann einmal da ist, und sich das schmiedeeiserne Stahltor öffnet, kommt man sich wie in einer anderen Welt vor. Die Vermieter Simone und Christina haben uns sehr warmherzig empfangen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Der wirklich große Pool ist der Hammer. Wir haben die Ruhe unter Tags sehr genossen. Wir hatten das Anwesen für die gesammt Zeit für uns ganz alleine. Wir nutzten das Haus nur zu viert, obwohl es problemlos Platz für 6 - 8 Personen bietet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, umgeben von Olivenhainen. Vom Pool und von der zweiten Terrase aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die für die Toskana so typischen Wein und Olivenberge. Wir sind uns sicher, wir werden wieder kommen....

Stunning villa in the Tuscan hills

We had an unforgettable week in this charming farmhouse high just outside San Gimignano. The views were spectacular and the surrounding countryside some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Communications with the helpful owner, Simone, made arrival and departure very straightforward. We arrived very late but were still met by Simone’s niece, Viola, who showed us around. The villa itself was comfortable and well equipped and had plenty of room for the five of us. The welcome bottle of wine and fruit were a nice touch too. But it was the pool area and gardens which were really outstanding and we spent many happy hours there. Day trips from the villa were very easy. We went to San Gimignano (5 mins), Siena (45 mins), Volterra (30 mins) and wine tasting near San Gimignano itself. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

Wonderful property near San Giminiano

We had a wonderful time in Simone and Cristina's villa. We were their first customers for 2020! They welcomed us and explained everything about the house. It has some Tuscan rustic charm, which reminded me of the house my parents used to rent in Lucca when I was a kid. It does have all the comfort you need: AC on the second floor, very well stocked kitchen, plenty of storage room. The garden and pool are fantastic: the pool is very big, and the view breathtaking. It's a very quiet environment and easily accessible. Simone arranged for a chef, Patrizia, to come several nights and prepare dinner for us. All the produces were from her garden and she treated us with Tuscan specialties. The veal rollatine and pesto lasagna were out of this world! We enjoyed dinner al fresco. Simone was very good at communicating with us when we had questions. I would highly recommend this property!

Great villa stay for two couples

We were two couples traveling through Italy staying at multiple places. We enjoyed our time at Simone and Cristina. They met us to orient us to the property. It is as advertised. Its a beautiful villa setting with all the rustic charm that you would expect with the conveniences you want. We enjoyed the use of the pool, yard, patio, and all the amenities in the property. We used the wood oven outside to make our first dinner of arrosticini and sausages. Our hosts arranged for an in house catered dinner by Laura, who has worked in the restaurant In Fabbrica in Florence (in a silver factory). She brought the perspective of her mother's cooking with her experience in restaurants. It was a delightful way to spend an evening. We were only 10 minutes from San Gimignano to see the town and get supplies. The house is large with four bed rooms and could house 9 people comfortably. All in all this was an excellent stay. Our hosts were gracious and attentive to our needs.
