I am extremely disappointed with my recent two-night stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below basic hospitality standards.
On the first night, the bathroom sink was filthy and completely clogged. I notified staff immediately, but nothing was done to fix the issue. Having an unusable sink is unacceptable in any hotel.
On the second day, I was not moved to another room until 1:00 PM. When I finally entered the new room, there were no towels provided. To make matters worse, the running water was completely shut off for approximately two hours — no hot water, no cold water, no functioning water at all. This made it impossible to shower or use the facilities.
These issues caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I expected a clean, functional room and basic accommodations, which were unfortunately not provided. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards moving forward
