First, there was only one functioning elevator during the entire duration of my stay. The elevator buttons were unresponsive, wait times exceeded 10 minutes, and it consistently arrived overcrowded with 8–10 guests at a time. This was a major inconvenience and safety concern.
Second, both payment terminals at the front desk were non-functional. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes while the machines repeatedly rebooted and failed to process card payments. Ultimately, I had to ask another guest to use their tap-to-pay feature and Venmo them, as the system could not read chip cards. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for any hotel.

Lastly, although I received approval for a late check-in through the hotel’s website and text system, I was repeatedly disturbed by staff via phone calls and in-person visits to my room, questioning my check-in status. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.
Overall, this was one of the most poorly managed hotel experiences I’ve had. Between technical issues, billing inconsistencies, and intrusive service, I cannot in good
