Explore the vibrant local scene with a delightful farmers market every Tuesday, conveniently located just one block away from the home. Indulge in fresh produce, artisanal treats, and a lively atmosphere, adding a touch of local charm to your stay.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Designed for the remote traveler or small family getaway, this cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with room on the pullout couch to fit a total of 6 guests. The bedrooms offer maximum comfort with 12 inch memory foam beds, blackout curtains and ceiling fans.

Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 40 inch smart tv and an in unit washer and dryer in the closet. If you need to get some work done, the master also has a desk and chair where you can take advantage of our high speed wifi to keep you connected and productive.

The second bedroom is on the smaller side but does not lack comfort or coziness with its full size 12 inch memory foam bed and ceiling fan. Under the bed you will find a 2 drawer clothing storage to unpack your clothes. Additional storage space can be found in the master closet.

The full bathroom with shower and tub is newly renovated and sparkling clean. It is a Jack & Jill layout with both bedrooms having door access to the shared bathroom.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
With a fully-stocked kitchen and new appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee. Dual Keurig Coffee Maker for K-Cup pods or ground coffee to brew the way you like to!

The bright, airy living room is a wonderful place to gather in this spacious home. Relax SoCal style on the sofa and stream your favorite shows on the 55” flat screen Smart TV. Feel the cool ocean breeze through the windows and hear the waves of the ocean just 2 short blocks down the street. The large open windows invite the most beautiful sunshine and make lounging in this room a highly enjoyable experience. Here you will also have a mini-split to personally control the temperature of your heating and air conditioning.

Our apartment is conveniently located in the heart of pacific beach. Once you arrive, there is no need for your car. All the best bars, restaurants, shops and grocery stores are just one block over on garnet ave. The beach is 2 short blocks away. You can walk wherever you need to go making this apartment a highly desirable vacation destination. Since this is a very popular area where everyone wants to be, parking can be competitive. Street parking is available outside the unit and paid lots can be found across the street and nearby. We do not have a reserved parking spot.

Have a larger group and need more space? The building has 3 units with identical layouts right next to each other. Book all 3 units to enjoy the entire property with friends and family.

Pacific beach is a vibrant, high energy town full of people who live life to the fullest. Guests can expect to be immersed in a vacation lifestyle environment. The area is safe, walkable and highly trafficked.

We are located in a prime location where a car is not needed because you can walk to wherever you need to go. Ubers are readily available to take you anywhere in San Diego.

☀ Kid-friendly: We do not have any baby gear on site. All of our baby gear amenities such as Pack N Plays and high chairs are provided via a rental service. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!


☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door entrance. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the kitchen. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.


☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.


☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.

☀ Since we are located in the BEST location, parking can be a challenge by the beach. We have no reserved parking spaces. Parking is available on the street. There is a paid diamond parking lot across the street and down the street as well.

☀This prime location is located near the best nightlife of pacific beach. Guests can expect to hear street noise at night.

☀ This property has 5 apartments on it. Our 3 units share one building and the back of the property has another 2 units with long term renters. The entrance to the complex is shared with the other tenants as well as the front yard area with picnic tables. Each unit has its own private picnic table.
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**

1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

4) Must be 21 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.

10) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligable. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)

This property was a lovely two bedroom apartment that allowed for a great location to call a home away from home while visiting the beach community of Pacific Beach. The location was very convenient in the aspect of everything was within a short stroll or easy to navigate to by car. If you like staying somewhere that you feel like a local, this is the place. The apartment was well maintained and the amenities were as though I stocked my own home. Thank you Mark (West Coast Homestays) for sharing your property! I will keep it in mind next time I decide to take a holiday in the San Diego region.
