This home is used by my family and I and is meticulously cared for. We recently updated the home to a modern, open concept layout and upgraded the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a large backyard that is perfect for entertaining families or small groups. The home is family-friendly with many amenities for kids/little ones and comfortably accommodates longer family vacations and shorter weekend trips. We also recently added a foosball table and golden tee arcade machine with 20 games.

Aside from the expansive backyard and recently renovated interior, this home is in a perfect central location for exploring all of San Diego. It is in a quiet, safe, welcoming neighborhood and is less than a 15 min drive from pretty much everything:

- 1 bunk bed - full on bottom, twin on top (twin bed has a 250lb weight limit)

PARKING
- Plenty of free street parking
- 1 car can be parked on the driveway as long as it does not block the sidewalk

WASHER/DRYER
- Available for longer stays, upon request (located in the garage)

HOUSE RULES
- No late night parties
- No smoking of any kind
- No pets
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am. We have very friendly, welcoming neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet hours. No loud music outdoors and outdoor activities must end before 10pm.

Cameras and recording: There is a security camera in the front of home and a video doorbell at the front door. Both record short clips when motion is detected. This is for safety and security purposes.
