This cozy and charming bungalow is the perfect home away from home for your time in San Diego. Located in the heart of the historic, unique and beautiful neighborhood of Golden Hill, just a mile from Downtown, this is a prime location for a visit to San Diego.

Located on a side street with free parking, we are just steps from Broadway, our nearest cross street. Within just a few blocks you have the choice of a plethora of delicious local eateries. Cook your own steak at the legendary Turf Club, enjoy Humberto's famous Carne Asada Fries, or have a stone oven pizza while enjoying the outdoor patio of Luigis Pizza. Just 4 minutes away you can visit the baby pandas at the World Famous San Diego Zoo or take in one of the many museums or the botanical garden during a pleasant walk through beautiful Balboa Park where you'll hear live music and see street performers as you wander from one site to another. From home, head 1-2 miles west on Broadway and you'll run right into Horton Plaza shopping mall, nearby are the lovely Gaslamp Quarter and Little Italy districts, our home is extremely convenient for Convention Center visits (2 miles). Riding home on the Bus drops you off just a couple of blocks from the bungalow or use Uber or Lyft to get around for about half the price of a taxi. Want to see a spectacular view of San Diego Bay? Visit the Star of India, Midway Museum and Seaport Village, all within 1.5-2 miles. You can also hop on the ferry and cross the bay to Coronado for a day on the island. Golden Hill has easy access to all the major San Diego highways, making a trip to most San Diego beaches just 10-20 minutes away. The bungalow is the perfect home away from home to return to after a fun filled day in San Diego.
Fully furnished and equipped kitchen provides all the amenities needed for making your own home cooked meals. Enjoy the back yard space, which is a common area for all guests to use with new outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ sink and polished concrete counters, gas fire pit with custom redwood benches and NEW Jacuzzi.. Beware of falling avocados! Use them to make homemade guacamole! Sit back on the couch and enjoy the flat screen cable TV with HDTV or hop on the internet with our fast free WiFi. Did your clothes get sandy at the beach? No worries. We have on site laundry. Each room is decorated with all the comforts of home in mind. Sheets, towels, and blankets are all provided as well as dish soap & sponge, toilet paper shampoo conditioner and paper towels. Have pets? We consider pets, please inquire first!!
