3 Bed / 2 Bath Multi Level Condo. Amazing ocean views from main living area and master bedroom. Large ground level patio directly on boardwalk just steps from the sand.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is located in the heart of Mission beach. Featuring a living room complete with entertainment center and leather chairs, this unit is sure to please anyone visiting San Diego. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom, with unobstructed ocean views, has a Queen bed, as well as its own private bath and private balcony from which you can view the ocean and boardwalk. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has Twin bunk beds as well as a single Twin. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This is also a great baby friendly unit for families. There are two highchairs, two PacknPlay cribs upstairs, and a walker for smaller babies. Additionally, there is a child size folding table with four chairs for children to eat or play at. There are two kid beach chairs along with a beach umbrella to protect little ones from the sun. There is a nice assortment of beach toys, pails and shovels. Also. one child's wetsuit is available for a child approx. 40 - 60lbs.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 9 guests and can sleep 9 in beds, assuming two people share the sofa bed.

Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated area. The approximate garage measurements are 6ft 10inH x 9ft W x 30ft L. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The Mission Beach area is a perfect home base for all of your San Diego Adventures. Located approximately 3 miles from Sea World, 8 miles from San Diego International Airport, 10 miles from San Diego Zoo, 10 miles from San Diego Down Town Water Front, 40 miles from Lego Land, 63 miles from Temecula Wine Country, and 95 miles from Disneyland.
Please note, like most homes in coastal areas, this home does not have air conditioning.

3-Night Minimum Reservations During Off Season

This home is pet friendly with a max of one dog, with a maximum of 35 lbs.
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.

This home contains many stairs to and from the home as well as inside. If you or someone in your group struggles with stairs, this may not be the unit for you.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
This Pet Friendly property has a maximum of one dog of 35lbs or less (and sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for pet ($150+tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pup. Please note that this home has a camera over the patio facing the South and West.

Nice property that needs attention.

We were going pleased with the space to move around. Outdoor furniture lacked support and had no cushion left. We had to use the pull out couch and very disappointed when we opened it up to find full of food crumbs and the mattress was filthy. It had a cover over the rest so we did use it. My brother spent the next day cleaning out the couch and vacuuming the floor under the couch which was covered in food crumbs. We also had one twin bed with broken springs and it could not be slept in. The place has potential and if they add a patio umbrella over the outdoor couch, with other attention to cleaning it would be a perfect get away. For what we paid these are things I hope to not find.

Needs some attention

The property was very clean and updated however the furniture and beds were terrible. We couldn’t enjoy a movie or just sitting and visiting inside or out. The patio furniture cushions were completely flat and the sofas and chairs inside were hard as rocks and had seen better days. The mattresses feel like pull out sofa mattresses.. All other updates were awesome. The kitchen is beautiful and needs more glassware and some updated cookware. We would stay again if these items were addressed and updated.

The property was as advertised. On the promenade. 10 steps to the sand, right between Mission and Pacific beach shopping and dining. Check in and property instructions were easy and spot on. Everyone had an awesome time and would rent this property again. If this property wasn’t available, we would refer to San Diego Vacation Rentals again. Thanks

Family vacation

Great location comfortable beds. Place just needs updating. Rain gutters and paint falling off outside. Windows stained and plexiglass dirty. A lot of rust everywhere plus furniture (two small chairs in living room) was uncomfortable needs updating.

Great location

We had 5 adults staying here and had a wonderful time. This is a great location, several good restaurants within walking distance, including a good little breakfast place. Check in was fairly easy but the front key pad has been rusted out by the ocean air so we went in and out through the garage. They are absolutely not kidding about the parking- the garage is narrow and hard to get into. Unfortunately, our rental SUV did not fit so we had to hunt for spot every night. Not the property rental agency’s fault but definitely be aware. The unit was clean and had a good layout. I don’t think the beds were a queen size- maybe a full size. I would stay here again for sure.

I recently stayed at the subject property - checking out Sunday, October 24th. To say I was disappointed by the condition of the property compared to how it was advertised would be an understatement. Upon checking in Thursday October 21st, I immediately noticed the indoor furnishings and condition of the interior paint and décor was nothing compared to the pictures on the website. The downstairs furniture, television, etc. were completely different than what was advertised. The furniture was worn, the coffee table had scratches with the lower frame broken. The interior walls were in need of fresh paint - as there were markings on the walls and the staircase handrail was soiled. The kitchen appliances - both the refrigerator and dishwasher - had rust on the exterior facings. The wood surface surrounding the kitchen cabinet's knobs was worn. I didn't notice any of that in the website pictures. While barbequing, the propane tank ran empty. Causing us to ask the neighbors immediately to the south if we could borrow their grill. Bottom line, a very disappointing experience compared to my expectations and the manner in which the property was advertised.

Perfect Location

Great Location ~ House is a little dated and needs a coat of paint outside, but inside was functional, clean, and as advertised. All the beach toys and kitchen utensils as described. Great for beach access and boardwalk access. Secret is the double deep garage so 2 cars fit nicely. Great experience would stay again.

Nice Home

The property is not over cluttered like other rentals , very roomy and the furnitures just right. We have rented many properties at Mission Beach in past few years most of the owners makes their property so cluttered with unnecessary furniture . This is perfect we loved it and coming back in August for two weeks .
