This Mission Bay view townhome - in the heart of Crown Point - is an ideal coastal sanctuary for your well-earned seaside vacation interlude. Its fantastic location makes it easy to walk, jog, and bike ride along the boardwalk and enjoy the endless activities this location has to offer.



This 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath,1521 sq. ft. home features slider access to 2 patios, one on each level, and a spacious 250 sq. ft. rooftop deck with bay views and a cozy fire pit. Here you are just steps away from the sand of Sail Beach or you can walk just a few blocks to Mission Beach where you can surf, play volleyball, people watch, swim, surf, or just enjoy a sun bath.



Enter via your own private, beautifully landscaped patio, with comfortable seating and a barbecue and find yourself in a spacious, beach chic great room with slider access to the patio. Comfortable seating in the living room, along with a ceiling fan, makes this an inviting haven where you watch TV and enjoy the fireplace.



The living room area is accompanied by an inside dining area for 6 and a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar, so everyone can sit together. The modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires - just add the food and have fun. There is also a small full bedroom right beside the kitchen and a full bath on this floor too.



There are 2 bedroom suites on the 2nd floor - a king master suite with a private balcony with seating, a ceiling fan, a large flat screen TV, and a beautiful en suite bath with a large shower/tub combination. It is accompanied by a queen bedroom, also with a large flat screen TV and its own en suite bath with a shower/tub combination.



This home comfortably sleeps 5 in beds with a maximum of 8 people allowed if the queen sofa bed in the living room is used. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable all the time.



Additional amenities include air conditioning, WIFI and cable, a full size stacked washer and dryer for your use, and one parking space in the complex's shared garage

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place

Overall, a nice rental. Family room fireplace and rooftop patio/fireplace were very enjoyable. It was quiet and private and plenty of space for the 4 of us. My only feedback is that the carpet could use a deep cleaning (or replacement) but other than that, the property met our needs.

Revisiting home

My son and my daughters met up to stay in San Diego to take part in a memorial for a recently passed family member and we just needed a place to stay for everyone that was comfortable, near the beach, and had a large enough kitchen/living room area for at least 10 other people to come by after the memorial. This property was perfect the occasion and all of the guests loved the layout of the place.

Daughter visit

Over all if was a great place. Could use a deep clean. Fans were dirty floors were dirty windows and mirrors were dirty. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had basic things you need . The knifes were so dull though. Dangerously dull. I hope they fix that.

Great place, incompetent management

First of all, the place waa great, accurately described perfect for our vacation needs. A couple of small issues, there was no propane for the fireplace or bbq grill, kitchen trash sacks were not provided and the ice maker didn't work. After we checked out i realized I ieft an item behind, i contacted the management company and they said they would send someone ro retrieve it. They charge $25 for a "finders fee", Not only did I not get a call back, i called everyday for a week only to get the same response, that they are working on it.

Large Quiet Townhome with a Nice Rooftop

The property was clean and had plenty of room for five adult women, with four of us sharing rooms. I used the washer-dryer, which was convenient, and we enjoyed using the fire place in the living room and fire pit on the rooftop, which gave us a gorgeous view of the sunset. Only one parking spot, but we had a second car and no trouble finding street parking in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops, very convenient.

Great stay

Comfortable for 3 couples - 3 full bathrooms, 2 en-suite. Great location - close to little Italy and gas lamp and the beaches. It was raining during our stay and we loved having the indoor fireplace. The home was well prepared and cleaned for us. We had some trouble with the garage because the garage door was stuck that weekend. Thankfully there was parking spots close by. Would recommend this listing!

great multi-family fun stay

Our kids really enjoyed the rooftop and the layout of the home worked for us. Not far from the beach, we actually walk it and go through the nice park. I love having access to a balcony each floors.

Good stay.

The property was very clean and nice, but the dishwasher was broken our entire stay which was very inconvenient. Had trouble getting ahold of anyone when questions arose about checkout. Good location, a couple blocks from the bay, a little further to the beach. It is located on a very busy street.

Location okay- not close enough to the beach

We had a good time. We could not get the dishwasher to start. We tried to call about it but was put on hold and gave up. We hand washed the dishes. The refrigerator was small and the freezer tiny most shelves and ice maker was removed. Disappointed about the ice maker. FYI there are no staples in the kitchen. No coffee, oil or spices. Only salt and pepper. They did not even have scissors. Two tiny beach chairs. No blankets to use on the deck by the fire. For the price I expected more. I was very clean and large enough for us.

How it falls short

Loved the place. Wish it had tissue boxes, wish it had better pillows, and the flat sheets used to cover the mattresses in upstairs bedrooms were too small and didn’t keep its place. The kitchen kettle had rust inside. Also, there’s a hole in the tile in the masters bathroom. The valves for the shower is loose.
