Great location and views...close to everything in Mission and Pacific Beach. Clean, very comfortable and well furnished. Spacious garage for our Suburban. Zero issues...owner was awesone and very responsive prior to our stay. Would definitely return to this property.

We absolutely loved this rental. The view is unsurpassed, the entire rental was very clean which made me very happy. Everything we needed was there including lots of towels and kitchen and beach equipment, plus the parking was spacious and easy. We can't wait to get back here!

We’ve stayed here two times over two different summers during the Fourth of July week. The location really is so ideal, as it’s just far enough from Belmont Park as to avoid the crazies but close enough to capture the energy of the crowds and boardwalk without the chaos. During our stay, the AC did not work. That is an accommodation that is important enough to our family of six, that we only book units with AC. This surprised both Dave and me, and while it was outside either of our control, Dave was quick to offer assistance with a portable cooler and dinner for our family. We didn’t end up accepting either, but instead settled for Padres box seats, which the family loved. The unit could use some updating from a decor and furniture perspective, but it does the job. Dave, really is an ideal host. He’s so quick to respond and deliver an exceptional experience. I appreciate your efforts, Dave, in spite of an uncomfortable situation for both of us, to reconcile an unfortunate situation. Wish you the best.

Very close to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach with plenty to do. Aside from driving to get groceries, we didn't have to leave the house and drive anywhere. The beach across from the house is far enough away from Belmont that it wasn't bus at all. Will definitely be staying here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family extended weekend! It had everything we needed and the most amazing view of the ocean. We even witnessed a full rainbow from the balcony. The location is perfect. We will reserve this house again.

The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for our family of four. Dave was very kind and helpful. He met us at the condo to give us all the details. Waking up to an ocean view was perfection. Stayed here for a long weekend, and was very happy with our choice. Clean and tidy. Garage spaces so we didnt have to worry about parking. Fantastic view of the beach, amazing sunsets. Plenty of things to do in walking distance, best of which a morning coffee shop accross the street. Overall great experience, would highly recommend!

Dave was an amazing host! The property was perfect for our family of four and the location can’t be beat. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, even extra beach towels—and was exceptionally clean. The views were perfect for dolphin watching in the mornings and our littles enjoyed the extra beach toys. Even though it is right off the beach walk, the noise was minimal after sundown and we felt safe for the duration of our stay. I highly encourage you to stay at this location. We will definitely be back! Thank you Dave!!!

My buddies and I stayed at this awesome condo. It has a double wide parking garage with beach toys and easy access to enter and exit. It fit our two mid-size SUV’s perfect. The entrance on the second floor opens to up to a washer dryer and one room with a queen bed and bathroom combined. Upstairs to the third floor is the main living room and kitchen adjacent to the double wide patio that overlooks the boardwalk and ocean. The third floor also has a very spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, and another bedroom with a queen and a stand-alone bathroom with shower. All TV’s have cable and the internet Wi-Fi worked great. The property is in an excellent location, is wonderful for people watching, enjoying the ocean sounds and breeze. Dave is an excellent host and an A+ communicator.

Great communication. Top floor location with great views. Clean and in good shape. Garage makes parking easy (2 car). Location is close to SD attractions and La Jolla. Kitchen has what you need and only a 10 minute ride to for groceries. Good choice for family.
