Red Rocks is a charming holiday property designed to accommodate up to 5 people, offering 2 cozy bedrooms in the heart of San Agustín, in the sunny south of Gran Canaria, within a complex that features a lovely shared swimming pool.

Red Rocks Apartment Description

This comfortable rental includes 1 bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and a single bed, perfect for family stays or groups of friends. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, and the property is conveniently laid out on a single floor for easy accessibility. Fully equipped with modern amenities, it provides everything you need for a relaxing stay, from a washing machine and dishwasher to an iron, toaster, and air conditioning all throughout the property.

Step outside to a terrace dining area where you can enjoy meals together before heading to the large communal pool to cool off. Located just opposite the renowned Gloria Palace Hotel, this apartment is within easy walking distance of local restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The beautiful San Agustín beach is just a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away, with the nearby resorts of Meloneras and Maspalomas just a short drive for added adventure.

A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 1000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
