Beautiful duplex completely renovated in 2018, very spacious and bright, with private jacuzzi on the terrace, shared pool in a very quiet residential area of ​​24 homes, where you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Equipment: First floor: 2 bedrooms, the main one with a King bed and the secondary one with double beds, both equipped with high quality mattresses and sheets, with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a large shower. Ground floor: A spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, there will be nothing to miss! From this floor you access the garden, equipped with barbecue, a beautiful outdoor dining room with chill out area, and a nice shower with comfortable sun beds. General: air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, satellite TV with many channels from several countries, Netflix and HBO App, Internet (wifi) and hair dryer. Only 4 minutes by car from the beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras, which are also some of the best beaches on the island. Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist natürlich der liebevoll angelegte Garten mit dem Whirlpool. Auch die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

I can think of nothing we would wish to say other than how much we enjoyed our stay at David and Maria's house in Maspalomas. It had everything you would want - and more - and for us the super king bed was an added extra as so few places have them. The private parking was also just fabulous given the parking challenges anywhere on the island. David and Maria could not have been more helpful although the real star is their daughter who helps Mum with English translation if she gets stuck! We would happily return and in terms of getting places their house could not be better placed but you do need a car.

Had a great stay, welcomed by Maria who showed us round the very clean and well furnished property. We had already been sent a load of local recommendations for place to eat and visit which was really useful. The garden is private and although it doesn’t appear to be even the hot tub (Which was clean and warm) wasn’t really over looked. The area is quiet, but close to everything you could need. We look forward to visiting again

We loved our stay at this property. The owners, Maria and David, welcomed us warmly. They gave us a thorough tour of the property and explained how to use all the equipment. The property looked like it had been recently refurbished. it was very clean, modern and well furnished. The garden was private and received sunshine from 10 am to 7 pm. Furthermore, it was so peaceful which was exactly what we wanted. There is a good bus service nearby which took us to to different parts of the island. We hope to return in the future.

Liebe Maria, vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Wir sind nun seit 16 Jahren jedes Jahr auf Gran Canaria, aber hatten noch nie so ein schönes Haus. Unser Sohn wollte gar nicht mehr nach Hause und am liebsten den ganzen Tag im Jacuzzi verbringen. Es hat alles gepasst, von der Sauberkeit, der Ruhe, des Komforts und der Ausstattung. Ganz liebe Grüsse

This was our first trip to Gran Canaria and we could not have chosen a better place for our first trip. From start to finish the communication between ourselves and Maria were excellent. Maria or David would respond to our queries normally within the hour and no question was left unanswered. This level of communication put us at ease from the start and continued throughout the whole process. The apartment itself is well placed within a gated community in Sonnenland. With two young children this added to the safety factor from the outset. Maspalomas beach is within a 5 minute drive and other beaches such as Anfi del Mar or Playa del Ingles are easily reached within 20. As we had a car, the driving for food and beach visits were not an issue. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. All kitchen utensils that you could need are there to cook meals as well as a rather useful outdoor BBQ area which we used on several occasions. All bedding and towels (pool and bath) are provided. The levels of cleanliness within the apartment are exceptional. All beds in the apartment are very comfortable. There is a very large bed in the master bedroom which was welcome at the end of a busy day. The pool area is gated and locked when not in use which if you have young children is another positive. We used the pool nearly every evening during the holiday and only saw a handful of people on several occasions, so we never had any issues with overcrowding. I could not fault the apartment or the hosts in any way. We had an excellent time and were all sad to be going home. Thanks go to Maria and David for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und wirklich extrem gut ausgestattet! Die Küche war einfach perfekt ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank war sauber und aktiviert, für unser Kleinkind war alles vorbereitet, das Badezimmer war ein Traum, die Unterkunft an sich sehr geräumig, die Nachbarn sehr nett... Der kleine „Garten“ war perfekt für unseren Kleinen. Ein Griller, eine Outdoor-Dusche und zwei Sonnenliegen waren vorhanden. (alles neuwertig) Die Lage war sehr ruhig und hat uns gut gefallen! Der Leuchtturm ist ca. 30 min zu Fuß entfernt. Maria und ihre Familie sind wirklich entzückend und sehr bemüht, wir waren bei ihnen glücklich!

Maria and her husband gave us a warm welcome. We arrived late, owners were very generous and had milk,orange juice and water in the fridge for us. There was also toast,jam and butter. A very pleasant start for our stay. The appartment was well equiped for all our needs, we had many meals there. It was even soap,toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and washing machine soap. The tv set can be used with netflix if you have your own account (nice for the children at evenings.) Many other channels, but we didnt check that out, The beds were good and the biggest was big enough for me at hight of 190cm. The apparment was very practical and had good quality equipment. It was located in a quiet area called "sonneland", nice neighborhood. The parking was just outside the door, but still inside a locked gate (with remote control). The outdoor area was good for breakfast,lunch,dinner and playing with the kids. The pool was a nice quiet place, not crowded. Maria and her husband helpes us with all our questions and was very helpful in every manner. I have nothing negative to say about this appartment. Its a place you want to return too.
