STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.

This property is fraudulently offered. Five places in the listing it states river & park views. Entirely false. Zero river or park views. Out of every window in the unit are parking garage views. Pretty horrible booking this for my sons birthday for some special family time. The door to the building lock system was broken so we had to enter through the Dunkin Donuts our entire stay. Homeless people lived in the parking garage & slept on the front step blocking the building. We were so dissapointed being blatantly lied to with this listing. There are no river or park views! You look at cars in parking garages thats it! We only recieved a minimal discount for their fraudulence. Never again. We made do.

Sweet stay

Getting to the property was easy. Checking in wasn’t hard at all. The apartment was amazing. Kinda wish there was a microwave. And the key fob for some reason just wouldn’t work, BUT the next key did work. So overall, I’d try to give them another chance next stay :)

STAY AWAY DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY It’s a total scam. Upon  checking in there was a sign stating the building was under construction. And we saw construction going on everywhere throughout the building. Then we got to our room and saw an absolute disaster that they called a condo. The inside of the condo was also under construction, the floors were half done. And to make things worst the condo clearly wasn’t cleaned. There was  dirty wet rags left from previous guest, a garbage bag full of dirty linens, hair in the sinks and on the bed. We travel a lot for work and pleasure. This was absolutely the worst place that I have ever come across. The pictures on the VRBO site was totally inaccurate and very deceiving.  Both the host and VRBO should be held accountable for fraud.  We have tried to reason with the host and VRBO to get a refund or even a partial refund, because this place wasn’t liveable. And we had to check out the very next day to find suitable accommodation. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Pretty Place, iffy management

The unit is beautiful, ok location .Difficulties in check in. No place to put your clothing-luggsge rack, dresser, floor? Not all the outlets work, so watch your electronics. One tiny ice cube tray for unit that sleeps 8. I think the owner should check in as a guest and experience the difficulties I am an ABB owner, I understand it The place is too nice to be poorly managed Never got the tv working, no instructions at all. outlets work, y
