2 BR, 2 Bath Apartment. Open floor plan: Dining, Kitchen. Full size sofa-bed in living room. Apartment sleeps 5 Max! (Up to 4 adults.) Private paved patio behind the apartment with lounge area and oversized tent, mosquito netting, lighting, gas barbecue grill and a five-person therapeutic spa tub. This is exclusive for use with this apartment rental and is not shared with others.

This modern second story apartment is located 1.5 mi away from DOWNTOWN and the RIVERWALK. Also, within walking distance is the Pearl Brewery complex and the River Walk North.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed featuring our hotel quality linens, memory foam, and plush pillows. There is a full bathroom with 5-function shower, automated bidet toilet, and ample closet (hangers provided)

The secondary fully tiled bathroom conveniently opens up to both bedrooms. It includes a double-sized walk-in shower with additional handheld sprayer, and in-unit washer and dryer, as well as luxury toiletries and blow dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has granite tile countertops, modern cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including: dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, double sided large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker/filtered water, stove/oven and microwave.

Also available for your use is a PRIVATE, paved patio with lounge area and oversized tent, mosquito netting, lighting, gas barbecue grill and a five-person therapeutic spa tub. Outdoor drink ware and plates also included.

The apartment includes free high-speed WiFi, smart TVs (aside from Hulu, log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay), cable service provided through Hulu Live TV and Bose iPhone sound dock.

We are dog lovers as you may see from our pictures. However, we cannot accept pets in the rental.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas and we can provide ashtrays upon request. Smoking inside the apartment will result in the loss of your $250 deposit.

Beautifully furnished apartment. Kitchen exceeded our expectations in terms of appliances and cooking utensils. High quality bedding in the two bedrooms with very comfortable towels in the two bathrooms. Location was convenient to the things we wanted to see in San Antonio: Alamo, River Walk and Pearl District. Owners friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet. No negatives; 5 stars all around.

We arrived and met our host- wow, so welcoming! Their apartment is very clean and has everything you need- from cooking tools, clean grill, all the things and extras. The beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and the hot tub is so relaxing! Perfect location to access all the things- Legoland, DoSeum, Spurs game, Pearl, and more. We will be back! Thank you

We had a generally pleasant stay, but there are a few areas that need attention. First, the description of the second bedroom could be more accurate, as it was rather small. To get the second person into bed, they had to crawl over the other person, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we did encounter live cockroaches and other bugs during our stay, which was disappointing. However, aside from those issues, the overall experience was nice, and we would still recommend the place.

The stay was comfortable, linens and towels were very nice, and kitchen was well stocked. Jacuzzi tub worked swell and provided quality down time. The unit was clean and provided just the right amount of space. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. Restaurants are nearby and a walk to the riverwalk was pleasant.

The apartment is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The outside patio is really cute. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to shops and restaurants. We were visiting Trinity University, and the location was very easy to get to from the school. The Pearl is a short drive away and an excellent place for dinner. We also enjoyed going to the Pearl's farmers market on the weekend. We look forward to another stay in the future!

Beautifully appointed apartment above a garage, located just a few minutes away from the Pearl Entertainment district. It was well supplied with modern conveniences. Very comfortable beds and furniture. You are not allowed to use the driveway, so you have to carry your belongings from the street to the apartment and then up a steep set of stairs. It could be difficult for anyone with physical limitations.

We loved this property. The beds and bedding are super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, cups, cookware. We loved the hot tub too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the shops/restaurants at the Pearl and a quick Lyft to downtown.

This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for me, my husband, and 6 year old. The pictures show exactly what we walked into! Which was a CLEAN, well stocked, thought out, comfy, inviting place. We ran into the owners, which we loved! You can tell they take pride in renting out their space, it truly shows. The beds are beyond heavenly and the many appliance upgrades were appreciated. We used the hot tub every single night. The outdoor space was a fun place to be. We really enjoyed the lights, it really sets the mood!

We really enjoyed our time in this adorable, two bedroom apartment. The beds were super soft and the shower head was fantastic. This place has everything you need and it is extremely safe in a gated fence behind the owners home. The owners were very nice as we did get to chat with them a few times. They were great about Sharing local restaurants and fun things to do in the area. Highly recommend
